I ordered an item from them through their partnership with Walmart on December 2. I got an email with the UPS scan on December 4th and nothing since. I tried calling the customer service number to only be told that I need to send an email instead because through that phone number they can't help (wtf?). I've sent an email and still waiting on a response. I either want my item immediately or I want my order cancelled and my money REFUNDED!
