Held off from buying MMMI products for a long time because of all the negative reviews of the items not shipping out or arriving, people not receiving confirmation emails and customer service not responding. However, I could not hold off any longer on not getting the pink puffer tote, so I did! Speaking on my personal experience with this brand, customer service was extremely responsive on both Instagram dm and email, the bag was shipped out earlier than the estimated pre-order ship out date and they used a reliable shipping service (DHL). I've been waiting years to own this bag and I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality. Came with a free car scent tag (personally not my cup of tea scent wise) but my mother loved it so she took it. Overall, I'm glad it all went well! Price wise, it is very very expensive especially in my countries' currency but having waited for so long, I'm okay with that :)
We paid $51 USD for express shipping, which should take 3-7 business days. It's been 2 weeks and we haven't even received a tracking number for our package after asking for it. I'm shocked at how terrible their customer service is.

I ordered the cream set and the pants on the 16th of September. After reading all the comments I was a bit skeptical about the whole shipping situation but I've been wanting to shop from this website for so long so I went ahead and placed my order. I was honestly expecting the worst so I told my self as long as I get them before January I'll be fine... j received my package on the 28th and I'm sooo happy about it I could live in this set. If you guys are not purchasing after reading the reviews I say you go for it anyway. It's absolutely worth it and now that I tried it out and everything worked out I just placed my order for the cream jacket! Super excited
I order from mymummadeit all the time and every time is a great experience! Now that its becoming a bigger brand they've been on top of their ish and ive never had any problems. Clothes are great quality and shipping is in a timely manner. Love it!
Not sure why there's all these bad reviews. I have ordered from my mum made it 5 times throughout the course of 2018 and every item I have received has been such good quality. Despite my most recent order being seriously delayed I can honestly say this is one of my favourite places to buy clothes from.

MMMI has my trust and faith. Their communication and customer service when encountering mishaps is wonderful. They are kind to help and assist. You will not find designs like this elsewhere. Their staff members are beyond great in making sure everything goes smoothly. Thank you MMMI and all!

Ordered so many times from mymummadeit and i've never had an issue. Decided to leave a review as I remember reading reviews on this page before my first order and being skeptical but I have been pleasantly surprised. I don't know if i've been lucky but i've always had fast replies to my emails and delivery has come on time. Not to mention the products are so beautiful and great quality! I just think people with bad experiences usually go out of their way to leave these reviews. Mymummadeit should consider having their own review page on their website... But I will always represent this company as I love their products so much!
Recently found this store through Niykee Heaton and ordered about 10 things. I ordered with express shipping so if you have had trouble with the shipping, I suggest ordering with DHL! I asked about the shipping prior to ordering and they recommended DHL as I didn't want to wait. All the items were exactly as described. New favourite store! Their stuff is exactly my style!
Obsessed with My Mum Made It! I have placed over 5 orders and I have always received them in the time frame given although I always have my orders shipped express. So affordable and great customer service and the clothing is so unique and exactly my style which is so hard to find anywhere else. Soooo happy I found this store!
Amazing! I ordered 6 items from this website and was impressed with every one of them. The service is also really great! Delivery is not the fastest but it does let you know on the website how long delivery takes. The products themselves are definitely worth the wait and the price is so affordable!
Yeh, I dont understand why the review underneath is not good. The owner nyree was so helpful to me and service was always very quick. I love my dress and was recommended by makeupbymandy who is a famous you tuber so if she buys from my mum made it it has to be good! I was very happy
