Purchased a $100 Steam card and sent it as a gift; Recipient kept getting "invalid code "; contacted MGCS so-called "support"; no help whatsover; told me to "call Steam"; contacted Steam via their website; got this back from Steam Support:

I contacted the "seller" MyGiftCardSupply and asked for a Refund and was told
"we can't refund this card, because your link has already been opened and the code has been viewed, this mean the card is compromised."
Of COURSE the link has already been opened, and the code viewed; and when my Recipient tries to ENTER the code, gets told "Invalid Code" which was CONFIRMED by Steam, themselves. See attached screen shot photo
They WILL give me my Refund, just not the way they ought to.
DO NOT PATRONISE THIS INEPT, ALIBI-OFFERING ORGANISATION!
