I ordered Rakhi, and continuously tried to track. There was no contact and they never delivered the order. I have been trying to file for refund for 10 days and still nothing. Horrible experience.
Worst site ever. I spend 1000 bucks not my package delivered nor got money customer support is pathetic. Reply once that's it. Please ban this site. Also see what they have sent after 15 days of rakhi when I was asking for refund & it's for almost 1000 rs material.
I ordered chocolates for bday and i received it after 7days... its not in gift wrapped even after paying for gift wrap... n for 600rs. Chocolates they charged 1090 including gift wrap... will not suggest anyone to order from here..
This was the first time I have send the Rakhi to my from this app and it was the worst experience I have faced neither my order was delveried on the schedule date nor the Rakhi was delveried and after my re delivery the order was not even have minimum package nor I have got the product was same which I have ordered

What I don't understand is that when these companies are fake then how does Google even have them on list. Isn't it Google's fault. I have wasted my 3200 rupees and that to for my daughters 1st birthday. Can't believe myself and how they can play with emotions of people. I mean they need to be exposed and they should be legally punished for such acts of cheating and fraud. F****ng people. I just feel like $#*! after placing this order.

So these people are cheaters and liars, why I say so, is because, I called these on there customer care number which is *******1000, to ask if they can deliver the order next day before 10.00 AM and their customer care executive asked me to make the payment and call back at the same number to share the order number and she will get the order delivered next day before 10.00 AM. I made the payment and called back their customer care number and after that no one answered the call. I called for almost 1 hour and made for about 30-40 times and no one answered. I tried to contact them over chat, and their chat support is the most disrespectful support ever. Should not buy anything from them. Don't spend your hard earned money on them, they are not worth it.
Its a fake and the worst company ever in the flower delivery industry. They just charge money and dont bother to deliver the product. They dont even care to reply on customer support. Its a fake company with pathetic services. I would highly recommend no one order from here..
Very bed experience. Beware of this fraud company. May god will punish him. This site ruined the fastival of many people.

I have ordered Rakhi Set on 21st july, which was scheduled to deliver on 27th July, instead it is delivered on 10th August, moreover the rakhi set which I got was not the one which I ordered.

Worst service I have ever seen in my entire life. They never response to your calls, msgs. Mails nothing. And same day order delivery will deliver after 5 6 days. So disappointed. Worst service worst customer care. Thry reschedule your order without informing us. Worst one literally so bad experience with you my flower tree
Ridiculous fraud e-commerce site. This site should be taken down for its fraud schemes. I ordered a rakhi on 30th august, it was showing a sure delivery on 3rd August, and its 7th still no clue, where my order is, and no one to service the complaints regarding an order.
I ordered a cake from them to be delivered to my cousin for rakhi, obviously making a payment beforehand. They informed me that the cake would be delivered the next day. I kept waiting till 6pm and messaged them, they said it would be delivered by 9pm. That was the last response I got from them. It's been 3 days, they change the delivery date to the next day everyday. They don't have a contact number, they do not respond to their chats, they don't reply to emails or Facebook messages.
They have a page on Facebook where hundreds of people are posting frustrated comments every minute, they go and delete all negative comments every half an hour. I can't believe their nerve! Many people have complained to consumer forum, I'm doing it tomorrow. Don't order from them.
My order placed on 25th July was expected to be delivered on 28th. Today is 6th august. Till today, its not delivered. Showing same status as shipped for the past one week. They dont call back even on request. They dont respond to our calls. Really disgusting website. Never order in this.
Pathetic service. Without delivering flower they sent message delivered. They have eaten up money. Customer service are not reachable.
I ordered for amount 2100/ on 3rd august 2020 for same day delivery. Parcel not delivered yet. Requested for call back many times but didn't reply back from next end... Total disappointment. Say no to this website... Worst ever... Not yet delivered my order...
What they show you and what you get is totally misleading. This company doesn't even know how to present your gift. Same day delivery is a joke for which they charge hefty amount. I've ordered Cadbury dairy milk with one rakhi combo, they charged 500 rs for it. What I get was a 10 rupee Cadbury and a 5 rupee rakhi without the fancy presentation which they have shown on their website. Disgusting service.
Pathetic customer service and they don't deliver on time. It's been more than 20 days yet the gift is not delivered.
Never order from this online gift site because your gift will never be delivered on occasion, they have worst customer care services. They will never refund ur payment even if the gift is not delivered. Even if by chance they deliver something it wont b same thing as u ordered(broken thing vl b sent for formality)
