I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered at specific time interval and paid the extra fees for the same.
The delivery was not made at that time, but the most irritating part of that was the lack of communication. The live chat agent takes about 45 mins to reply something useful, I had to ask if anyone is even on the chat! The customer care number is not picking up the call.
They won't even tell me when it would be delivered!
Extremely disappointed, will never order from here again.
