They dont deliver your product. Then they will provide you coupon code which is not valid. And then they refused to refund your money. Strong action should be taken for such apps..

We ordered cakes and flowers. Never get delivered, stay away from this service "myFlowerapp". Try to contact to myFlowerapp customer service and no response back. Absolutely a scam company.

They are cheaters of highest degree since they didn't deliver my order. Also, they refused to refund my money. If those cheaters can't deliver what they promised then they must stop their business or refund their customers. However, they only provide an option to order something else from their site, no refunds are provided. It will be better for people like them to start robbing people in broad day light!

This delivery was a total disaster.
1. I had booked the Peach Promise Bouquet which costs Rs. 849. Instead I received some different flowers that was not my order.
2. I had paid an extra Rs. 549 to double the flowers. This was not fulfilled, however they charged me for it.
3. I paid an extra fixed time delivery charge of Rs. 195. This order was delivered at the wrong time at 4pm instead of 9pm.

Since there is no contact number provided, only an e-mail which does not respond.

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

They are a scam!

Please DO NOT Order anything from this business. They are a scam. I burnt my fingers, they do not even have a customer care number, so I can't even call them. They never delivered anything even though I paid them 7 days in advance but they updated the delivery status on their portal. I sent them an email but they did not respond at all! They should be banned ASAP!

We ordered flowers from them to be delivered in Pune. At first they stated that the payment did not go through hence we paid it again. Despite me informing them that my credit card has charged me for it. Then after making the payment (FOR THE 2nd TIME) they did not deliver the flowers and when I asked them to refund the money they said they cannot & we have to order again. Despite constantly reminding them that we don't need their service they are now net even responding to emails. They are nothing but scams & just want to cheat you of the funds.

Avoid this company at all costs! They have no idea of customer service or how yo conduct busienss. I really wish I had never ever tried them. Please pass this word to all and avoid them!

Very poor service

Yet again you screwed up!

1. Complete order is not delivered - white teddy and greeting card is missing
2.No responses in your live chat windows
3. I was in the chat last night until 2:00 am and tried to explain everything clearly and was assured the order will be given by 1:00 pm
4. Poor customer service! No phone numbers to call! 5. No escalation point to reach out
6. When I called the local shop he confirmed that the order was placed for flower and cake only and nothing told to him about teddy and card

So basically you take payment for full order and process partial orders and completely fool the customers

Last time also you missed part of the order and tried to compensate it with coupon. I was kind enough to let that go considering that would have been your first mistake! But it looks to be a pattern that you are regularly following! Taking payment for all items but delivering some of them.

Also your email response time is pathetic. This order was placed way ahead of time so there was a lot of time for you to prepare. But until the day of delivery you had completely forgotten about it! I had to remind constantly so that at least some part of the order was delivered!

I know there would be reply coming from you as SORRY and you would try to do a refund or provide some coupon but I absolutely the special day was today and that is now ruined! All thanks to you! I might have some recovery financially in case of a refund but the emotional drainage happened for last 2 days can never be compensated! Hope you understand

I am sure I am not the first customer to have faced this from you! There could be more. Few may be emailing you about it and few chose to ignore. But with such commitments and ownerships your business will be at stake going further

Well this was my last order with you and trust me I would never recommend you ever to any of my friends! I am definitely going to put a negative feedback about you over web!

Wouldn't even give 1 star cos I ordered flowers for funeral which happened on 25th August. They promised same day delivery. The only mistake I did was that I gave incorrect pincode. But once that was sorted, they the flowers I ordered are not available and they'd send some other white flowers. Which was fine as long as they promised to delievon time. Till today (02.09.2022) we have not received the flowers. No one responds to calls or messages, which is so unprofessional. I feel cheated. DO NOT place any orders with this fraud company. You'll end up disappointed.

Very unsatisfactory

I ordered cake flowers and teddies for my girl from this site
I regret my decision. This was the worst mistake because neather they deliver the cake on time nor flower was deliver and teddies was very small on size which did not match with the displayed one
Even the phone no provided was not working
I had a miserable experience with this(my floweraap) I strongly advice do not buy anything from this site. Because of there unprofessional habit my best days was ruined badly.

Worst fraud company

Worst fraud company. I orderedfor a cake on 24 Aug 2022 and i opted for same date delivery. I got a call and the lady said the delivery address is too long and asked me to repeat what I had written. I told d address. Den she hung up and gave me a call back that the delivery address is not clear and will be delivered tomorrow. I asked if you are not clear, how can u deliver tomorrow.no answer. I asked to refund. She said only to wallet it can be refunded. I asked to refund back on the card and she said not possible. Worst fraud company

I placed an order, after 2 days says this items is not available in this such a location.
First of all if this item was not available the location why would you accept the order?
And refund is not available. Worst experience.

Avoid ordering on flowerapp. Unless you want to lose your hard earned money.

You are wasting your money here

I ordered a fix time delivery(10-11 am) for Rakhi for my brother by paying extra 200 rupees. The customer service executive called me 2 hours after the delivery interval and told me that they can only deliver it by 3 pm. I was quite unhappy and I asked them to refund the fixed time delivery charge atleast. The customer service executive was extremely rude and he said he cannot refund the money. Much better services with FNP and other local vendors. This order was a mistake. I do not recommend this website for gifting. You will be disappointed.

I happened to use this website twice. First time, they took extra charge to deliver the same day and they delivered after 2 days.

2nd time, they didn't deliver at all. And no reply to the emails or chats after trying 5 times and finally someone in the chat sent a message that my order was cancelled and it is added to my flowerapp account.

No reason or email of this cancellation. I asked to refund to my back account and not to app. But no reply.

So guys, If u don't want to lose money, do not use this site. They are pathetic.
