They admitted that the figures looked nothing like the images sent! Then they offered £20 as compensation! On a product that cost us over £130? Stay well away from these scam artists.

I am very disappointed with the product received, compared to the images they have on their website with many stuffed animals and plush toys, with many details in the arms, eyes, mouth, nose. But what I received was just a printed fabric. Zero details that can be touched. I wouldn't mind paying a little more but I would like a higher quality product. It doesn't even have the 15 inches it says on the advertising. It so small that it fitted in a letter size envelope bag. Its just printed fabric, no texture, no details

RIDICULOUS! My Bobblehead looks nothing like me. I feel like i have been scammed. I bought this to give as a birthday present to a friend and i cannot give it to her now. I am very disappointed and angry

I bought this as a gift for my boss. It looks almost nothing like her and is very unflattering. There is a weird hair flip on the back that makes no sense to me. I paid extra for a "bobble" head but what i received requires quite a bit of force to move the head around (so I don't consider this a bobble head). The body is very cheaply made and actually moves more than the head does when you shake it!

I am too embarrassed to give this as a gift and very much regret the purchase. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Our images looked nothing like us. wasnt even the correct ethnicity. Reached out to customer service and they copied and pasted their response about how they are cartoon versions of the source images :/

The bobblehead that I ordered showed glasses on the example bobblehead. The bobblehead they sent had only a nose piece for glasses and the sides of glasses, but no glasses. It looks absolutely ridiculous. When I contacted them to tell them that there were no glasses attached to the bobblehead, I was told they don't do glasses it just shows up in their ads but not on the actual bobblehead. As far as I'm concerned, this is false advertising. This was a gift that can not be given because it looks unfinished.see the attached pictures. They offered me a $9 refund for a $160.53 purchase! Such a rip off

Do not purchase bobble heads from this company. My custom bobble heads. Their pictures are deceiving. They look nothing like the pictures I sent. They would only refund $80 of the $430 I spent to have this made.
I regret doing business with them.

Don't make the mistake I did. Do not buy from this company. The quality of horrible and they do a very poor job of creating a likeness of you. Also the customer service is not good and don't do anything to fix or resolve any issues you have or complain about. The profile they used doesn't make mine at all.

We purchased a custom bobble for our boss. We sent the picture and they sent us a bobble head that looks nothing her. Our boss has blonde hair you would think the least they could do is get the hair right. They sent one with dark hair and the only thing they got right was our boss is white. Its terrible we should have saved the trouble and bought a cheap one for under $20.00 which is what we felt we got. We paid over $150.00 for the VIP service and it was the worst. They have been contacted numerous times we sent pictures showing they must have made a mistake and they said they will help only if we pay 40% more and shipping again. Its horrible that they will not honor their work or stand by their product.

I just received a bobblehead I paid over $160 for. The quality is terrible and it arrived damaged in several areas. The head itself was fine but they added sunglasses (that weren't ordered) that fell off upon opening and damaged the head. The hockey stick is some weird hook thing and the figure itself was damaged. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They will not even attempt to fix the issues and instead blame the fact these are "handmade"... by a toddler maybe. I could not be more disappointed or disgusted by this experience.

Long story short, their dolls to NOT 'bobble'. They might or might not even move to begin with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I spent $219.72 for 2 dolls that are nothing more than statues. Seriously! When I complained I was give the following answer, " If it can be shaken or moved, then it is a bobblehead as the stationary head will not move at all. It will not bobble that much if the spring is too tight. But it will get loose after some time." What a load of BS, huh? And if that was not enough to insult me, I was offered a refund of $9.90! There are other companies that do these dolls right, go to them and stay away from this place. Do not make the mistake I made.

Dont bother! Paid rush fee to ensure item would arrive in time. Ordered on a tuesday, paid for 3 business day turn around and express shipping. Item did not ship until the following wednesday (6 business days) and the company argued it was only 3 days to ship. Express shipping didnt happen either. Based on other reviews i bet what shows up will be embarrassing anyway

This company is a Chinese scam. They pretend to be US-based when everything is based in Guangzhou China.

The Bobbleheads look absolutely NOTHING like the source images, they'll ship out the wrong items even when you haven't approved the proofs.

They'll even flat-out lie and say they already shipped out the Bobblehead when the tracking number clearly states that they still have it.

Liars, thieves and criminals are what's behind this company.

I placed an order for two bobbleheads and never received it! They tell you that they mailed it out and it's a lie! Do not buy from this company they scammers, they will take your money. They tell me to go to the post office and asked them for my package, the post office is across the street from my house and the post office is not even aware of there package because US postal does not go by the their postal tracking number once it reaches the United States the tracking number changes! And they either send you a card to go and pick up your package or the postal will drop off your package.SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS! Do not buy from them!

I have never written a view before but I felt the need to. This was terrible Chinese quality and the head looked absolutely nothing alike and couldn't send progress photos. Please don't buy this

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. I ordered 3 custom design bobble heads and each of the three were not even remotely close to the photos sent. They never did send me a copy of what it would like before shipping, otherwise I would have addressed my concerns. They said they were too busy to send one. Upon arrival of my items they looked nothing like the photo and details were missed. They wanted to offer me a refund, but I refused, then they offered to redo them, but I had to pay a 40% restocking fee, which I refused. I emailed them over a period of 28 days of arguing before I sent them an email to produce me new bobbles free of charge or I would report to PayPal and get my full refund back. As well they advertise that if the item comes incorrect they would replace free of charge with a new one and pay for the shipping. So I sent them a copy of what there website advertised and finally they decided to remake me new ones. This time they went as far as asking me eye colour, skin and hair colour. Why wasn't this offered at the beginning? Maybe this would have prevented some of the errors. In the end, after much arguing with the company, I got three new bobbles, two of which came back much better but one still had a error. At that point I just asked for my money back. I was so annoyed. Don't use this website as they don't keep their promise for what they advertise and they are extremely difficult to deal with if you have a problem.

Stay away from this company at all costs. This place is a total scam. First, the quality is terrible. The bobblehead looks nothing like the photo you give them, it doesn't have the same detail, color, anything like what they advertise. Then, they charge you TWICE for something you ordered. They are based in Hong Kong and have no phone number. I should have known this is a major red flag. $170 i'll never see again. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS
