The software is nice but pretty outdated. Do Not and I repeat " DO NOT PAY THEM TO REPAIR YOUR CREDIT PERIOD. They are going to rip you off. They're going to be unresponsive when u call. You There not going to do your credit correctly, you would be paying them for months and your credit would never change. Coach Q seems to talk a good game, but can't back it up, and if he is the face of this company, he is responsible. My recommendation would be to not do any business with this company and find a more professional company with a more up-to-date interactive website, as well as a company that will answer the phone when you call them during a normal business hours. This is a very accurate review of this company.

These are scammers. They stole my money and did not do anything to help my credit report. I have been trying to get a refund, but they do not answer their phone, respond to emails, or text messages. Now I have no choice but to file complaints against this company.

My Credit Approved Software performed just as described. I signed up with Gen 120 days ago with a couple of negative collections. I followed the basic instructions and my collections were removed in 45 days. Will definitely use again

Joined for $39.99. Once you join, it requires you to then purchase an Identity IQ account which is another $30 or so per month. Tried to cancel immediately. Got no response at first, then a response asking ME to send them copies of my credit reports. After 5 requests to cancel I got zero results. May need to seek legal assistance against these thieves

This company have helped me and my brother in law increase our credit score over 170 points! They have been extremely patient with all of our questions. We are almost at our credit goals. I can finally get a new car (Nissan)

I'm going to be completely honest. My scores sucked when I first signed up. It took Coach Q and his team 7 months to remove two repossessions. I'm not complaining because I don't have to worry about it any longer, but I didn't think it'll take that long.
