After weeks of waiting for my boots, they finally arrived. They run SMALL. I normally wear a 7.5 so I ordered an 8. My toe touches the end of the boot, so I will not be able to wear thick socks with these. I also thought the complete inside was lined like the top of the boot - what a disappointment. My feet are going to be really cold and uncomfortable in these boots. I paid $50 and I'm very disappointed. No wonder people are selling these on Ebay for $12

Very disappointed with this company, located in Canada but found out item was shipped from China! Waited weeks for my boots. They came in a completely crushed box inside a white plastic mailer envelope that was torn. The boots were squished and bent in half, creased on the sides and down the front. I put them on and the entire front of the boot is concave due to the crease. I can't get them back into shape. I E mailed the company I told them the condition is which I had received the boots and that they were damaged. They asked me to send pictures of the damaged boots so they could verify the damage, and send a new pair. I sent pictures. Their response was they are not responsible for damages due to shipping since their carriers ship hundreds of items in one truck and unfortunately packages get damaged! I spent $50 for these boots! Not a good policy, the seller needs to be responsible for their product being delivered in the excellent condition. Still trying to get a refund! They need to be sure their shipping company is also held responsible!
