I have been a long time customer and have always received great tech support. For this they get 5 stars. HOWEVER, the customer service reps who initiate the tickets must be on commission as they are always hyping and pushing new products - and must be trained to not understand or accept the word NO. It is SO OBNOXIOUS! And for this, they lose a star. I actually would take even more stars away but don't want the rating of the actual technical support to be affected.

I need the protection because of what all i use my computer for like banking and any credit card business i do and for my online ordering and i don't need just anyone knowing my personal information and i think this program is going to work really well in helping me to safeguard my personal info.
I thought I had two different document folders. I was cleaning one out, deleted a lot of items, after I deleted them I discovered they were deleted out of both document folders. I needed to get them back but had already emptied the trash can. The Tech at My Clean recovered about 50%, thank you.

My laptop was running slow and I will told by a local tech that I had some dead spots in the hard drive. Your tech cleaned and checks for virsus. He left me a message that this was taken care of but forgot to say if he checked hard drive. I was assured after I called that everything was fine.

The activation code would not work for me that was emailed to me after I purchased your program. A technician had to access my computer to get it to work which I was uncomfortable with but seems I had no choice to get the program to function.

I have been having problems with the audio on my computer and the technician figured out what was wrong with my computer. He told me that I needed some external speakers, because evidently there was a problem with my internal speakers and the wiring.
