First tech as hard to understand but after that techs were very fast and took care of problems quickly

I've used US Tech Support for many years. There service & communication is great. I feel very comfortable letting them work on my computers

Cleared my computer of whatever caused it to slow down and freeze up. Also cleared any errors in Early Detection and PC Optimizer.

Did not solve my issue. They did all these other things I didnt asked to get done but never solved the issue of the original call. Waste of time

Took three phone calls but Arvind, the senior tech that helped me, GOT THE JOB DONE! He uninstalled the app and re-installed it again, having me assist him some along the way. YAY!
