I signed up late on a Friday, and per instructions I didn't expect to receive my activation code until Monday during business hours (which was disappointing). This was my 2nd purchase (Office Home & Student 2016) through MyChoice. The activation process for this one did not go as smoothly as the first, but their Support team promptly responded to my email inquiry, with explanation to the problem (Microsoft issue) & specific follow-through steps to resolve. Done.
Update: after writing here several days ago that MyChoiceSoftware charged me for the product bought on-line for digital download then emailed to say that the product was not in stock, I emailed to request that I be refunded since I could not wait indefinitely. The refund was done within 24 hours of the original on-line purchase, which I appreciate, but it would be good for the website to indicate when a product is not in stock, and estimated restock/shipping date, as many other commercial websites do.

Found MyChoiceSoftware by chance. Not only do they offered a better price plus the use of a coupon as compared to giants like amazon and eBay for the same program I was looking for, there customer service communicated with me throughout my purchase, even requesting a verification by text that I did in fact make the purchase, and that it was not someone else using my credit card. They were also very efficient in getting me the software key within an hour or two of verifying my purchase. Ordered Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019 from My Choice Software. They were are out of stock, so they upgrade me to Microsoft Office Home and Business 2019 for no additional charge. Will most definitely browse MyChoiceSoftware for all my future software needs. I ordered Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student. MyChoice Software was out of the product I ordered, so they gave me a complimentary Office 2010 Professional. Purchased Windows 8.1 on a disc, New in the box from MyChoices. Since I could not update my system from Vista to Windows 10 directly because Windows 10 in the box from Microsoft is on a flash drive that has to be booted from, which my system could not do or I just could not get it to do. I went the route of first clearing my hard drive, then loaded Windows 8.1 and then did the on-line upgrade to Windows 10. The whole 32-step process was explained on the Microsoft web-page.
Quick service and relatively easy install. People with new computers need to make sure they uninstall any of the free trial office programs before they try to install the new program. Make sure you get all aspects of these programs or you won't be able to use the key to get your program running.

I ordered the wrong software by mistake. Called MyChoicesoftware and they immediately steered me to the software that I needed. I received the order within 15 min. Download and install couldn't have been easier. ++They were out of the office home edition and upgraded me to the Office Business edition.
I thought I'd found a good place to buy software but sadly I changed my mind when I started receiving emails about my complementary subscription to Office 365 and how I was going to get charged for it. I called and they told me that there was a box I had to uncheck when I checked out to opt out of the subscription. I feel that they violated my trust with a shady marketing practice and will find a different software supplier going forward.
Purchased Office 2019 and got a timely email with step by step instructions and the license code. We've purchased Office products from MyChoiceSoftware before and we've never had any trouble with licensing or installation.
