My Choice Software

I was a little reluctant to buy software from an online store I wasn't familiar with, but since it had the "Google Trusted Store" seal, and because the price was *very* right, I went for it. So glad too... because the software was received instantly, the installation couldn't have been easier, and the customer service availability and their follow-thru made - an already great experience - just that-much-better!
I'll be a software customer from this store from now on!

I purchased the download version. The download time was a little longer than I expected, but that could have been my network. The activation process was a little confusing, but the support from My Choice was great. But the end result is I have my software installed and running. I would definitely purchase from My Choice again.

I was very pleased with the support staff. I was having problems installing and had to make 3 phone calls to the support staff to get it installed. All 3 support staff people were very helpful and the last staff member stayed on the phone to assist and make sure it installed.

Easy to order, quickly delivered.
But my license key would not activate the product. I called the number on the email. The phone was answered quickly by a real person snd he was able to activate it over the phone. He said sometimes activating online can be "tricky".

I needed an inexpensive version of MS Office 2007 Standard for a client who did not have their installation disk or product key. MyChoiceSoftware had the best price and had just what I needed, the Standard version. Most other places only offered 'Business' versions which were much more expensive and I did not need MS Access or the other business products in that package. Great price, fast process and delivery by My Choice Software. Now, Microsoft SHALL improve their installation process. Using the long installation key provided in email did not register the program and I had to call Microsoft at 866 number to painfully go through all 8 sets of digits entries and additional 8 sets of confirmation digits with a very unresponsive automated system to activate program. Other people complaint of the same registration issues. Come on Microsoft the installation is for a Software Package not a Secret Agent's Encoded Message!

My experience, while I did not received the product due to a back order, was overall very positive because of the response of MyChoice customer service staff. After contacting MyChoice concerning my order of a boxed version of Microsoft 2016 Home and Student that was still outstanding after two weeks, the representative was very sincere and earnest about resolving the issue. The representative confirmed that the product was still back ordered and then offered me the option of refunding my shipping and downloading the digital version. After asking a few questions about digital versions of software I decided to go with the digital download. No sooner than I got off the phone the email for the product key and easy to understand instructions was in my mailbox.

Despite the problem that I had with my order, MyChoice's customer service resolved my problem quickly, efficiently, and more importantly in a caring and cheerful manner.

Many companies offer great values but very few companies offer useable support. After a long and tiring day dealing with numskulls and bad attitudes, it was such a welcome relief to finally chat with Brian and Jeff who were not only knowledgeable and proficient but had n positive "I can help you and make this enjoyable" attitude. I was so taken back by their support that I purchased the product, turned off the computer, took my family to dinner and called a friend whom I hadn't seen for years.

It turned my day around and I want to say, "Thanks Guys", I'll be back. Remember me,
