This company is the worst I have seen in my life.
I have asked them for consultancy to help understand how to write the result section of the research.
They told that they have Phd. Expert 5 stars, and they can arrange a meeting on Sunday.
I have paid and I after that they told me that the consultant will call me by phone. Actually, I was expecting using a tool for collaboration like google meet or skype or zoom. Because it is easier to share screen and show the consultant what the pain and also a suggestion how I want to write it. They don't want to organize any meeting using any kind of collaboration tool.
I asked them to give me my money back, because I can't accept this kind of work. They told me it is not possible since we get an expert on board. Few minutes before starting the call, they ask if we can reschedule the meeting on Monday because in the weekend there is expert.
One more thing, this company is created in Australia. However, all the people that working their are sitting in India. So do not think that you will have a call with one living there.
When I asked for a refund, they don't want to refund my money.

I want to say these guys are awesome. They are very professional and practical in what they do. I have met my deadline because of them and got good grades. At first I was unsure to take their services but when I got my grades, my doubt just go away. So overall a very good experience, highly recommended.
