Bought an oven from these guys. Not cheap. £140Broke after 2
Months. Ever since engineer played with it was never same. Leaks heat
Out of side of oven. Kitchen cabinets are now all ruined. Got a second call out from them. Said everything looked ok but I could pay for a second opinion. Awful customer service. Avoid at all costs. Having to buy new oven and re paint all kitchen units

Ordered a wine cooler and picked a date 8 days after ordering for delivery. My partner waited in all day for the delivery which never happened. Contacted the delivery company who had never been made aware of the agreed date. Phoned Myappliances to cancel the order and request a refund. The order was cancelled but the refund has never happened despite several emails.
Avoid at all costs

Easy to navigate website so ordering was fast and simple. Appliance was delivered the following day, well packaged. So no complaints here. Well done
