Every year on renewal, I try to email or live chat them about their costs. Every year, they ignore my emails. I never get a reply (I got all emails in and out since signing up with them ten years or so ago, so I can easily prove). Their system also still can not handle DST on my digital phone at home. Now, I do not make phone calls (my phone mainly for family emergencies), so I prefer email/chat with companies. But every email address I gather from them over the years, all block incomings or are invalid. Their live chat, no living human is ever on it. Trying to "leave a message" is a game of clicking the right "I know what you want so here are pre-filled answers for you" menus.
I would love to get rid of them, but I try to find an alternative that is cheaper and allows me to keep the number (because people have it memorized after all these years) and has an active customer service (as in humans, not auto-machines or "virtual bot" junk.
