I am very happy with this company and the attention to customer service they show. I needed some left handed taps and was concerned about finding them locally so went to the web and found a large selection at mutualscrew.com. Not only do they carry the products I needed, they seem to care that I got the exact product I needed for the job in a timely manner.
It was fairly easy to find the exact items I needed on the website.

Fast and reasonable pricing.
You have what I was looking for at a good price, but the shipping cost was more than I expected. Placing the order was hassle free and I do like that you allow payment through PayPal.
When the order was delayed, I checked Amazon and found I could have purchased this item at about half the price and with no shipping charge and with a much quicker delivery date. So I was disappointed with myself for not doing a better job in researching where to purchase this item. I was also disappointed because it delayed my ability to use the item and to complete the task the item was needed for.
This was my first order placed with your company. The item I ordered was actually as advertised and what I needed. I won't hesitate to order from you again.

Mutual screw was the least expensive source I could find for the GRT-3-3 bit. The GRT-3-3 bit is the best bit for drilling hard tile/porcelain. I've tried them all.
