Love the response time and great products as always.
Their customer service and follow-on emails, along with providing employee contact names and information was awesome. They put forth a 100% into the customer service... a lost attribute in today's corporate business world. Upon opening up the package, one could tell they take pride in their products and carefully wrapped and used additional peanuts to take up space. The product wasn't just thrown in the box. Had what I needed when no one else did. Sure do pay for it though, $20 for std ground shipping and I had to buy a full box of bolts to get the 2 I needed.
Great prices. Wish shipping were lower. Thank God for no tax!
