Drill bit was great and fairly cheap but as I live in Canada it cost me over 100 dollars to get it thru customs. Great prices but I can afford the import so I probably won't be buying any more from here.
Ordered a DeWalt *******-PWR Polly Setting Tool. Item I received appeared to be a generic setting tool. It did not match the pictures of the ******* on your website or on the DeWalt/Powers box it came in, and it was not branded DeWalt or Powers. No country of origin was shown. Unfortunately I needed to use the tool to complete a pressing project. Fortunately the tool worked. Still not pleased. I order brand name tools for a reason.
I deal mostly with Dave and he is very helpful. Being able to call in my orders or shop online is very convenient. If I have any questions I can easily call or use their user friendly website to get the info I need and placing orders are extremely easy.
