They deactivated my profile after I paid for 1 year membership and asking for more information to reactivate my profile. I asked them to prorated refund since I am unable to use the website, they showed me the terms and conditions and said no refunds allowed, against their policy. So now I am out of $130 and not able to use service while they hold my photos and personal data hostage. Don't fall into the trap, they run more than 20 websites by country and faith and using same profiles all across, hence showing to the user thousands of active users. They are basically abusing people looking for love and marriage with their ridiculous terms and conditions; that no one reads by the way. Do not pay for this website unless you don't care about throwing money to a scam company.

Men have to pay to receive tons of messages from women outside the country you're in and request to stay in. Many sisters on the site are not even muslimah. And most of the sisters outside the country are all asking for money. Comes off as a site that is computer generated and a scam. This is my 2nd time on here in 4 years. Both experiences were the same. I've had better real experiences on free sites. Some of the sisters say their account access is limited so they can't respond as freely or frequent. This platform needs a lot more work to be charging the money they are charging.

First they are a joke for even using the word muslim on this site, it has absolute o connection with muslims. Thats to start.
Second its the biggest scam ever. As soon as you log in you get a message from a user from indonesia or another foreign country. Alarm bells go off! Why? Cos they say they like the look of your profile etc yet, havent even viewed it, and to continue reading the message pay £29.99? LOL! Its such a scam and blatant at it.
Customer service obviously know its a scam and when you ask about getting these messages you just recieve a generated reply back!

Bit of advice, if you are a muslim looking for someone genuine do not go near any of these dodgy sites as they are either full of so called muslim girls just looking for a BF. Also 99.9% of the mesaages you get are fake generated mesaages

By all means join if you have more money than brains or just get turned on by getting notifications of girls showing interest, even if they are as real as a snake with legs

Muslim girls are just like the white girls from america that prefer white boys... I wrote to a lot of girls on this site and each and every girl on this site blocked me. I don't understand why girls from every country act like those stuck-up white girls from America? This proves that every girl from every country is nothing different. They always care for the white boy so much. I don't understand why girls from foreign countries act stupid like the white American girls from America. Number of members found our that the website is managed by profiles that are premenantly there to attract you just for welcoming and every number of month to hear a word, this way they keep milking you paying for membership whilst you chasing or waiting for the air to come your way

Late one night I created an account, filled my profile with the basic questionnaire they were asking (age, weight, height, education, etc), upload a picture showing only my head/face, verified my email, and just logged off and went to bed. That's it; I didn't do anything else. The next morning I kept getting email notifications (5-10 total) from their website of supposedly "users" who had "sent" me "messages" (sure...). Fast forward another 12 hours. I tried to log back in for the first time since the time I had created my account. To my dismay, I was greeted with the message: "Account suspended"...wait what?! Suspended?

The "account suspended" window was demanding a picture of drivers license or passport(!) to verify that I am not a fake account.

Fine. I bit my tongue and just uploaded a picture of my drivers license after redacting sensitive information to show that, yes, I'm real and that is my account and yes, that is my picture, and yes I do live in the stated city. The window displayed a message saying that they'll "review" and get back to me within 48 hours. 48 hours... just
To look at a picture. I waited 48 hours during the work week. Nothing happened. I tried to log back in after 48 hours and was greeted with "account permanently terminated".

They are thieves and crooks using a site to steal users' personal information. To make it worse, going after them legally is difficult since these crooks are supposedly based in Australia. If anyone based in Australia is filing a lawsuit against these crooks let me know and I'll help as much as I can.

They are so scam from UKRAINE and NOT Australia as they are saying, that I can simple can not believe that they can be so good and nothing happen. They steal money from people. Have almost all fake profiles on their tens of website run by cupid.com.

Avoid them they are the worst on the internet i have ever met.
This UKRAINE scam will tell you they do something in replay on your review, but they do not do anything. They only lie.
They want's your money and ID/Pass copy to do fraud on the internet forth.

To join people you can NOT take money for according to Eslam (islam). If you wont then you can take it after marriage not only to join them also in a from a gift only. To name a site a Moslem name but to an act of evil that go's against Allah rules is not acceptable. Lot of Moslem people do not know and by such sites are misleading them and making them do what Allah dose not allow. Hope all avoid such sites and some God fearing people provide decent help to whom need such help.

There are so many fake profiles.

Men profiles are crosschecked whereas the ladies have so many fake accounts. And they fish for information.

After I registered in Muslima.com one man sent me a message. Certainly his account wasn't upgraded (he or me must pay in order to read our messages). I may even post his profile link http://www.muslima.com/en/profile/showProfile/ID/*******?searchposition=1&searchtotal=1 I decided to find about him more information and look what i could find http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-*******/British-man-Gary-Tweddle-missing-Australia-days-bitterly-cold-mountains.html They also send fake messages from my name. I found it in my sent messages. I never wrote men messages like that, never even saw their profiles.

After paying for membership there is no match unlike before the payment. The details are all unverified so it is just waste of time profile does not match with real person

I was scammed by a profile here and I reported to them they did not take any action and the scammer delete that profile and created this one id#*******, also they did not take action, guys be aware of this Syrian refugees in Turkey scam, like one viewer said maybe muslima employees do that, I have all the evidence will present to the authority

I HAVE JUST PAID FOR A ONE YEAR MEMBERSHIP. IMMEDIATELY I GOT A CONFIRMATION MESSAGE AND RECEIPT (pdf) + AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT EMAIL. BUT guess what?! Five minutes later (ONLY 5 minutes OUT of A 1 year "PAID" subscription) they suspended my account asking for DETAILED personal and FINANCIAL information^___^

Hey MUSLIMA TEAM, send me back my money immediately because you DO NOT provide the service I paid for AND (most importantly) it's my money after all!
