Mugsie

I paid around $100, for a bulk order of sublimation mugs, four of which were broken. When I contacted the company, I was asked for a photo and an order number, both of which I sent promptly. I didn't hear back for several weeks, despite numerous polite inquiries. When I threatened to leave a negative review, I was told the mugs would be in the mail. I never received them and have since been ghosted. I even left a very civil inquiry on their Facebook page and it was immediately deleted. I can't sell these mugs, so I'm just out the $80 I would have earned from them.
