Their product, in my case the Extra Large Anxiety Relieving Bed is fantastic. It is very well made and most importantly, my dog absolutely loves it. She snuggles down it for her day time naps and she is definitely a lot calmer now when we get home after leaving her alone which is exactly what we were hoping for from the purchase. The delivery time was as told which considering it included the Christmas holidays was very good.
Bed took 3 weeks to arrive - Arrived stuffed in plastic shipping envelope and a mess. No support and made with some sort of poly fibers. Tried to return as they offer 30 day warranty only to find out I need to ship back to China! The cost to ship is more then the $58 it cost to purchase bed. What a scam!

We have had several of these beds and my dog loves them. If your cat has an "issue" and pees on them they don't wash well several times (hence the multiple beds), but my dog melts into them and I'm glad to keep her happy and comfortable.

This is the worst customer service I've ever had. And a total scam. I asked to cancel the order within 24 hrs and they responded saying that it had been sent out. It then took 12 days to get to me.
When I asked to cancel they said that they would happily refund me once it arrived but didn't specify in that email that I would be shouldering the cost of return. To China!
Both the shipping were incorrect and the bed isn't what was advertised.
Every time I try and get a return label they offer me a % off the bed to keep it to "offer to a friend as a gift" or " donate to a shelter" The item isn't worth keeping for a gift or anything else as it's total crap.

First of all, I will never buy from this company again. Size large is a small. I have 3 Rotties and one is a medium size the other two large. These pillows do not fit my dogs. Luckily the XXL fit for one. I will give the other two to a friend as a gift. Never never again. I should have looked at the ratings first... next time I will buy at a prt store or Costco

I'm so angry this company advertising that their beds are great and fluffy and the X-Lg is so big. Well the couch bed is falling apart and the exact bed I paid 3x's more for is the exact same size as my medium one at home. I've been using these for a little over a week and they look old the fur is smashed and it's just ridiculous. I'm ready to talk to an attorney for false advertising.

I previously wrote a bad review on this product. I was wrong. It looked bad out of the package and I was worried it would shed but once I began using it my dog loved it and prefers it to her other bed. It doesn't shed and is easy to wash. The company replied to my emails very promptly and courteously. So I take my previous review back. Only thing is I found out local pet shop has exact same product for the same price. They don't accept returns either. Very happy with the bed.

Pet beds are too small. Mr Fluffy Friend offered; "to make things easier for me, Mr Fluffy Friend offered 15% refund" on purchase price in addition to return shipping cost I would pay, or I could donate the beds.

Cursing myself for falling for their BS. The pictures are a lie. It comes vacuum packed and to return it their policy is "The unit cannot be returned under the 30-day return policy if the plastic seal is broken, as the safety of the unit may be compromised. In other words - you can't tell at all what it will be like until you open it, and then you can't return it. And it is terrible quality. These thieves should go to jail.

I have to agree with comments, this is a hoax and a scam. I have received numerous emails to apologize, « rest assured we'll deliver your item », exactly how others have described their bad experience. As I made the purchase with PayPal, I will be asking for a refund. I have two extremely anxious dogs and I bought I'd give this bed a try. What a fool I was to fall for their publication. Get a bed in a reputable pet store!

I bought an XL bed for my 65 pound dog and it doesn't fit her. The bed is way too small so the sizing they give you doesn't work. After 2 days of having it, she was able to tear into it and all the stuffing came out of it. Worse purchase I have ever made. It is complete garbage. Do not buy this for your baby. It doesn't work. After spending $65 for this product and trying to get a refund, which has not happened, I DO NOT

I purchased 3 beds that finally came after 2 months. Only opened one and it was a flat pancake, smelled, and the stitching is falling apart and you could feel the hardwood floors under it. I contacted the company by email. They said give it a couple days to fluff which I did. So I contacted them back it didn't fluff up. They didn't return any of my emails for way over a month. They commented after I said I was going to turn this over to my credit card company. They said I could return it and gave me no address. This company acts like it is based in the US and is actually based in China. This company is a total scam. They want me to pay for return which is more than the crappy beds. Letting my credit card company deal with this

Took an age to arrive and when it did it was woefully too small - I had ordered a Large (suitable for a whippet, the website said). My whippet is 19 inches to his shoulder and could barely get half his body on it.
I repeatedly asked for a return address only to be told to "fluff it up"!
When they finally sent a return address, it's in China. I'm UK based and they definitely have a Europe hub but won't give me the address.
I have donated it to a dog shelter.

False advertising. Beds are much smaller than the site makes them appear. That mastiff in that picture must be a puppy to make their largest bed look that big. My 35lb dog falls out of the large size bed. Just another cheap Chinese ripoff with an unreasonable return policy. They "have warehouses in USA" but won't let you ship to them.

We purchased 2 beds for our grand dogs for christmas. Took over a month to get them. They were too small and not good quality. Trying to get them returned is a night mare! They come from China and they won't send a label to return them. You have to return yourself. After looking into that there is a 500 cost to ship back which we obviously won't do. So now we are stuck with these beds and will have to try to sell them. I would never buy from this company again

My dog is 42 lbs and we ordered the XL. At first I thought it was going to be to small because the previous bed she had was much bigger. However, it took her only a day to curl up in it as if it was hugging her. We even brought it with us when traveling by car and she cuddled in it the whole way. She has storm anxiety and the bed is wonderful for her. So glad we bought it.
