I came across this site by doing a simple google search. Their products seemed to be reasonably priced. I sent an email to the address that they posted on their website asking if their mailing address was also open to the public to purchase products, as I didn't want to miss a delivery by purchasing online. This was on December 14th... no answer. Since their pre-sales support seems non-existent, I'm a little hesitant on buying anything from them as I have no idea what their after sales support would be like.
