Best thing is that your last message that "always ask for GST bill and insurance papers from vendors". That really helps me to claim insurance amount on behalf of broken gas stove while shifting.

They packed our items horribly. We had 20 000 in damage. Ins check was 180. What. Aj joke of a company

Hired through another company, first and last time I will hire movers. Company was 1 day late and the became lost. The person calling us had limited english, we couldn't understand what they were looking for. Finally had everything loaded for move from VT to TN. In TN they delivered on a Sunday morning, my son in law assisted with moving the furniture into the house, very poor delivery men, had furniture brken, missing and scratched. Ladder was never seen again. Insurance claim was useless. Buyer Beware. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Moving solutions quoted us $7600 to move our four wheelers and ho2,
Household items. They charged us $2871.00 deposit when movers arrived they loaded our four wheelers and then said it would be $17,000 more. When we told them no and to unload our four wheelers they said they couldn't until we gave them $2400. The police had to be called as we were being extorted. I tried to call the guy Michael from moving solutions we were working with he would not answer or respond in text. Do not use this company we are put $2871.00 and almost had our four wheelers stolen from us by people who had no identification of working for a moving company. Do not use them!

When I was contacted by an agent from this company I asked several questions such as: Are you a moving company or a broker. I was informed that they are in fact a moving company. I asked, so a truck will show up at my home that says Moving Solutions? I was told yes. In fact they are a broker company. Selling off the contract to a second rate unknown other moving company. Seems also that after I signed the contract I could never get in touch with the person that was always there until I paid. Now let's talk about cost. It cost me another $3000 over their estimate when my stuff was delivered. They low ball you to get you to sign. I could have gone with a known full service carrier for the same price. Do not use this company, otherwise you will probably be sorry.

If I could give them zero, I would. This company seems to engage in bait-and-switch tactics. Even the actual guys loading the truck said this company seems to frequently have angry customers. After receiving a quote of $6300, the final walk-through increased to over $9000. I get it, the final walk-through was much more specific with me using a tape measure on everything, large boxes included. After I spent a week decreasing what I was taking, on the day of the move they increased it to $*******. Gave me some story about the long distance of the move, the impact of packing large items on the end total cubic space, etc. NONE of which makes any sense since my move distance didn't change at all, and the items taking actually decreased. Do their people taking my inventory and measurements on the phone not consider packing space requirements when giving the quote?!

I hired them because someone told me good stuff about their company. They gave me one price at booking even though I did not go up on the stuff that I had once the contract mover came he said they under bidding me and went up $1000 just very unprofessional I tried to reach out to the person I have been talking to and he was unavailable. Four days later someone called me back extremely rude.

A company who provides lead to Fraud movers and packers. These movers and packers companies provide you a nominal quote at first and then increase the quote once your stuff reaches the destination.

Hired one out of three packers and movers as recommended by Moving solutions company last year. The packers and movers company team picked up house hold items and delivered only some items. The company recommended is a worst one with company name Super fast express packers and movers and person name is Asif (please do not choose them) Gas stove made of glass material was damaged completely due to careless packing and kurlon King size mattress has been lost by them. The company kept cheating for a month that it will be delivered and then stopped responding. Please collect the company license document and GST bill so that you can hold them responsible for fraud. Moving solutions will not take any responsibility for damage or missing things. Be careful while choosing the packers and movers.

I wanted to transport my car from Nasik to Delhi and registered with Moving Solutions who recommended 'Agrawal Express packers and movers' as a 'trusted and verified' partner. This Agrawal Express is a fraudulent company filled with unprofessional idiots. They collected my car per original quote of 16k rupees. I checked with them multiple times if that was the final amount. After they had picked up the car, next day they threw an invoice of additional 8k in my face, in the name of GST and what not... something they'd never mentioned before. They sent multiple messages to me to clear the payment without which they will not deliver the vehicle.
They'd committed to sending a video when the car was being loaded and source and unloaded at destination - neither was sent.
There's more - when my car reached Delhi, they had used more than half tank of Petrol and the car had an additional run of 540kms. Clearly, they drove to Delhi more than halfway instead of transporting through truck.

Please beware of such fraudulent companies and save yourself from all the mental harrassment.
I am still trying to explore legal options as I want these people to pay the price for cheating innocent customers.

The names of people I dealt with at Agrawal packers are - Atul Gupta and his boss Dinesh.

Do not use this company. You will be disappointed. Expected them at 9 AM. We had to call and see if they were coming. He told us they would now come at noon. Still no one. You can guess how the rest of the day went. No show at 3 either. By then after 10 phone calls later and no calls returned, we gave up. Very unprofessional company and basically they don't have a clue how to run a business.

I used Moving Solutions today and Injave to admit I was blown away with their professionalism. The guys Anthony and Greg did a great job yesterday. The one thing I liked the most was how clear their email and contract was. Everything was explained from a to z. The staff was very helpful. I would 199% recommend this company to any one Moving.

I was exhausted after not finding reliable packers and movers in Delhi. I had to move to Bangalore next month and still I was not able to book my movers. I was much stressed. However, one of my friends told me to book a moving company through Moving Solutions.
I have never imagined that booking a mover would be so easy through this company. The moving solutions staff was much supportive. They helped me move to Bangalore without any problem. The packers and movers rates were so genuine. Also, I got 3 free quotes that really helped me choose the best moving company. Moving Solutions is undoubtedly is the best platform to find the best packers and movers. I recommend Moving Solutions to everyone.

Insensible and Unprofessional. Their best agency - Cosco Packers are the biggest fraud. Will not deliver your packages and this Moving solution is not going to help you either in tracking your package. My own packages are picked up on 18th June from Saket, Delhi and still not delivered to Allahabad. I asked Moving solution to help me and they only keep saying - Mam, we are also trying at our end. But I am sure they all are just frauds and has no intentions to help me.

Its almost going to be a month and every day I am calling them. TOday, I have decided to lodge a fraud case on moving solutions as well as Cosco packers & movers.

USELESS PEOPLE. DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP!
