More Than a Backpack

I ordered my daughter a backpack on Dec. 7, got shipment notification and by Dec 20, tracking stalled. Got no answers, was told via email "what a great company they are, they donate to charity, and they would talk to their shippers to find the backpack." Never heard back. It shipped from China! I would've never ordered anything from this company posing as an American family doing good deeds for the community had I known it's shipping from China! Jan 21, still no backpack, no updated shipping either so I had to file a PayPal claim to get a refund. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

No backpack was received. No one ever responded to emails. Tracking shows my bag in random cities every day, and eventually tracking updates stopped. Stay away.

I would strongly advise steering clear of this company. Their website uses very deceptive language about their return policy and the important fact that is not clear until you attempt a return is that YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING TO CHINA. This policy is roughly equalivent to not accpeting returns as the return shipping to China is very likely to be greater than the value of the item.
