This bag looks great and it has a lot of room! The monogram looked good to me (unlike some of the other reviews). I actually ordered two.

I ordered a backpack from this company for Christmas. We ordered on November 25,2021, paid 126.21. I received a confirmation number which turned out to be bogus. I started contacting them on December 20 after having paid for rush shipping. On December 20, they contacted me to ask if I would accept another color. I replied on December 25, that I would not and asked for a refund. By January 16, they still had not replied. I tried to call them, the phone does not go to voicemail nor does anyone answer. On March 22,2022, I wrote again asking for refund. No response. I filed fraud with the credit card company. Don't take any chances with these rip off artists.

My shipping confirmation included a bogus tracking number. The tracking link always came back with "no results found". I tried at least 4 times to times to contact the company at the email address provided and nobody responds. The item eventually arrived about a month later but too late for why I ordered it. Still trying to reach customer service for a return, but again no response.
