I had to cancel my reservation as my train was cancelled due to the incident that cost the life of one SNCF agent.
Even if the transporter was on my side, my refund claim was rejected by Montransport.com and they made me paid €50.34! Zero commercial behavior!
Our flight was delayed and we were 18min late. Taxi driver never showed up but monTransport billed us anyways. I disputed the charges but they sided with the driver. I spent 3 hours putting together all our documents proving my attempts to communicate with the taxi company and our timeline. They sided with the taxi driver and billed us the full fare $275.
Please don't use monTransport and make sure to tell everyone you know not to use them either. They are thieves and crooks.
Used this company for a transfer from Golfe Juan to Nice Airport. Couldn't be happier, great service from start to finish. Very friendly, great communication and very punctual driver. Definitely use again and highly recommend.

This is a very effective of obtaining a fixed price quote for a long taxi journey ( 1 hour). Received 8 quotes within 20 minutes. Easy to use pay in advance.

Everything was seamless
I booked a car through Mon Transport to meet me in Paris when I arrived on the Eurostar, There was no driver there when I arrived, I talked to the car service on the phone three times but still no driver, I waited for 30 minutes and then cancelled the car & left. Mon Tranport refused to refund my money for this, they claimed the driver provided proof he was there ot meet me which is impossible since he wasn't.
Waited 1 hour for taxi that newer came and no return off payment.
After few month they promised to return money. Still waiting.
Our driver, Mr ABdoulhalik, was helpful, willing to explain thé monuments! Hé took our luggage to help us.
He was polite and came precisely at the time!

First trip: from airport to hotel.
The plane left late so we arrived late. When we landed I had a message from the driver who was waiting, I told him that we had already landed and were getting out of the plane. The driver asks me where we are (19:15), I tell him that I am on my way to the door where he was waiting for us (19:15) and I send him a photo by WhatsApp (19:16) that we are already at the exit and he no.
19:20 writes me that "you are late. I return". He left without giving us the service leaving us at the airport.
montransport.com He did not want to see the whole conversation on whatsapp to check that the driver left while we were at the airport exit.
Second trip: from the hotel to the airport
Very punctual the driver picks us up at the hotel.
When we hit the road, the car's control panel produces a beep and an engine failure message "stop the vehicle".
The car did not exceed 50km/h, it could not accelerate.
The situation was dangerous. The driver lied to us saying that everything was fine. He stopped the car on a road shoulder (dangerous situation), waited and restarted to see if the problem was solved by magic.
He took us to a town until we found a gas station to put oil in the car. The maneuvers to access the gas station were very dangerous crossing 2 continuous lines on a busy road.
The worst trip of my life. Luckily we planned the trip to the airport in advance if we hadn't missed the flight.
