The fairing kit I bought for my 2022 GSX-R1000R from Monster Fairing was exceptional in quality, fit and appearance. From the time I placed my order, throughout the ordering process, and even while shipping, the service was amazing. When I received my fairing kit, I inspected each piece and it all looked incredible with an amazing shine and gloss. When assembling the parts everything went together like the stock parts and mounted to my GSX-R with no problems.

I ordered a custom set of fairings for my 2008 Yamaha R6, and I gotta say. These guys did not disappoint. They immediately contacted me to confirm my purchase and asked any design requests that were pertinent.

Naturally, I had to wait about 8 weeks for them to get completed and shipped, but you cannot rush perfection. They updated me on each step every 7-10 days or so. And gave me a notification email when it shipped. Immediately after delivery, they contacted me to ensure that I received them and that they were up to my liking.

I have had these fairings on my bike for about 4 months now and this bike has seen some hard riding, and random weather. All factory hardware and holes lined up perfectly. Quality and finish are second to none. They can't be beat. They supplied extra heat tape, and an extra windscreen, and customer service is phenomenal

1,000% recommend these guys for anybody that wants a custom designed set of fairings on their motorcycle. 10/10 would buy again. No they aren't paying me to say this. I have not received any compensation or discount. All on my own. Best purchase ever made(other than buying my bike lol).

Monster Fairings initially caught my eye because of their fitment guarantee. The ordering process was handled professionally, any questions I had were answered in a timely manner even before the order was placed, which gave me more confidence in choosing Monster Fairings. Expectations of manufacturing and delivery time were clearly communicated from the beginning, and updates were provided when the fairings were completed, pictures were sent for approval, and when parts were shipped. The fairings arrived in a very sturdy box with every part individually wrapped to prevent them rubbing against each other causing any scratches to the finish. The installation was fairly smooth, I did have to reuse the OEM air intake panel that is between the headlight in order to achieve a better fit, other than that the installation was completed with relative ease. I did not do a custom paint scheme so I can't speak to that process but the fit and finish of the fairings have met my expectations of what was promised. Nothing would infuriate me more than ordering a product, after waiting for a it to be made and shipped, only to have it arrived damaged or not fit or just in poor quality in general. It is evident through out the ordering process that Monster Fairing has taken great care in mitigating all those issues and I would not hesitate to order from them again if the opportunity comes up again.

I did a fair bit of research regarding fairing companies before settling on Monster Fairings. The design team, and the customer service team as a whole were fantastic. Quick replies, easy to work with, and very friendly. I spent less than $1000 CAD for a set of fairings that look exactly how I wanted them to. Fitment was slightly difficult the first time, BUT, after a few heat cycles on the bike, they go on and off just like OEM ones. The paint quality is honestly really impressive, most people end up assuming they are factory. The only thing I would do differently is get an extra clear coat applied, either through Monster, through a local auto paint shop, or by using a paint protection film. The clear coat that comes with them is by all means good, but the extra peace of mind would be worth it IMO. Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and would buy them again in a heartbeat. I have and will continue to refer people towards Monster Fairings, and I'm sure that in the event I require replacement pieces, the team will be diligent in helping me out. 5 Stars!

So a incident happened at the track with one of my mid fairings blowing off coming down the straight on the first session... it was cold and not to sure exzactly what happened but it came off obviously. I can honestly say I was $#*!ty but we got it on the bike and finished the day out. Emailed monster later on and they are coming through with amazing customer service and they are replacing the mid fairing that had what I would call a defect on the clip that is mounted to the bike. I paid alot for the fairings and I only read and heard amazing things about monster fairings so I went with them. I am extremely happy I did my research and chose the right place. It will take around a month or so to get it in but that is fine. If you ever need fairings, non custom or custom only go to monster. They have a amazing customer base and they back up their work. Good and bad. I will for sure use them for now on out. #monsterfairing

Fairings came in a excellent time with no imperfections on paint. Fairings lined up colse to OEM. Did have an incident where my right side fairing flew off on the freeway. Jonathan Walsh and Robinson Fox both answered all of my questions and were in constant contact with me about ordering a replacement part. They are very proffesional with excellent Customer serivice. I would defenetly Recommend Monster Fairings to riders who are looking to change color/design with no fitting issues

Phenomenal! We really couldn't be any happier with every aspect of this experience. From the first day of ordering, the communication, clarity of information, and prompt responses to questions was great! Its not a short process from initial ordering to arriving at your door, but it's very well explained from the start. Just be patient and you won't regret the final result.
For ours we wanted all the factory decals / texts, and they nailed it! The paint work feels soo smooth and glossy, not that it was needed but we waxed them before putting it all together and WOW! The only minor things we had to address was some of the fastener holes had too much paint in them, but was easily fixed in seconds with a small round file.
Fitment was also extremely well. There are no gaps anywhere and didn't notice much difference at all from the original fairings that got replaced. The plastic itself felt well made. We would have no hesitation to buy again from Monster in the future. For the price, quality, and experience, WINNER!

Well where to start.
I started communication with Monster Fairings in 2023 about a design I was thinking of getting done. Honestly they were great, they were really responsive with the emails... no phone communication did make it difficult to get my idea over to them but we managed.

Early FEBRUARY 2024 I paid for my fairings to be made. (With a $40usd tip)
From this moment the communication got progressively worse. I was told the process would be 14 to 28 days to completion.

I'M NOW ON DAY 120.

Whenever I asked questions the responses pretty much ignore my questions and give me subtle updates.

At one point after me raising my concerns I was told by Erick Boyd that he was now going to be my liason and would personally update me every 2-3 days this was mid April. I have not once recieved any emails without me emailing them 2-3 times first.

After multiple complaints and the process of getting my credit card company involved in return my money they then send me pictures of my completed fairings, an apology and upgrade to expedited shipping to make up for the delay. It doesnt make up for the delay... its no where near made up for the delay. Even if they post it today and it does take the 20 days to deliver... that's still 5 months from paying to receiving. I'm still not hopefully of getting them before the end of July.
