I bought 10 billion chips from these jokers and 2 days later was hacked and all chips stolen, take your chance but it will end in tears

The site says in the FAQ that accounts will be pre loaded as this is the most trust worthy option available, i do not want to give up my personal details (who does that in this day and age) and do not want anyone accessing my PC via team-viewer.

After sending the money their no options but to give them my personal details. Do not recommend as very untrustworthy, anyone willing to give over their personal details are silly as these people can use information on your account for anything.

Update: After requesting a refund, no money has been sent back to my account.

I am not sure why Thomas Renquist (who ever that is) refunded my money and refused to give me chips. Anyone else have this problem?

Sent them money for 5 Billions 119 Usd, kept telling me we have not received your money and put me on 3 hours wait. After 3 hours said come back tomorrow we are closing now.

I just paid for these chiips didnt get them said theyd refund me and just banned me form the live chat by the look of it i never asked for a refund just wanted the chips

Had used them for last 3 years without a problem. The last year been a complete joke! William McMillion aka Clint is a total scammer and my guess is the chips he sold were hacked and stolen. He ripped me off for $120.00 just two days ago. And this person has a child. Dont know how the guy sleeps at night. Karma is the biggest $#*! of all William and Brandi Mcmillion. Finally heard back from authorities in Florida and my complaint is not the only one and they will be charged. It is illegal to steal money from people and fraud them.

I chose not to believe the negative reviews I saw and got screwed. Upon visiting the site the chat box was open and I was able to talk to "clint" as soon as I purchased the chips the chat closed immediately... I then got a email with a receipt but no instructions from empire services, so I decided to call the company at the number *******048 and it just goes to voicemail. I also sent a few emails and no response. I contacted my bank and will get the money refunded, and also got a new card sent to me. I can only blame myself for being stupid enough to trust the company despite the reviews.

They happy to take your money but they will give you bad accounts with no chips in them don't buy from them you be sorry if you do

This was my first time buying chips. I paid using PayPal, which I have used for hundreds of online purchases.

What they don't tell you on their website is that you have to download google chrome and another app just to talk to them about getting your chips. Then they tell you, you have to give them a picture of yourself and your license to get your chips.

They said they need to protect themselves from scammers. They told me that the only people that have a problem with their policy, is scammers.

I am not a scammer and do have a problem with their policy. I am offended that they would even say that to me. ONLY stupid people would give them a photo of themselves and their drivers license, especially after using PayPal to make the purchase.

SO, to all you out there, if your stupid enough to pay via PayPal, download two apps, take a picture of yourselves and Drivers License, then send it to some person you don,'t know, this is a good site for you.

If you are intelligent and are concerned about identity theft, this is not the site for you..

Took my money. Said operators not available in chat window. Have gone back for the last 24 hours; still claims there are no operators. At this point I have paid $20 for nothing. What the hell...

I read positive reviews here and decided to take the plunge. As soon as I complete the payment using my international debit card, a chat box appeared in the bottom right. I entered my order number and asked when I will receive my chips. The first message I received from them the next second told me that I have been reported to FBI for fraud. I asked why, and they said it's because I am ordering from a different country to where my card was issued from. Hello? Isn't that the whole point of an international debit card, that you can use it anywhere in the world? Jeez. Maybe you should verify whether it's really my card before jumping to report me to FBI and causing me so much hassle. What a bunch of scamming thugs. DON'T BUY FROM HERE.

Don't trust this site thieves pathetic service an u get robbed

Since I remembered, I thought a warning for these guys really need to be put out! They sell poker chips, for social networks poker games, Facebook, Myspace, etc. I waited for about a week until I caught them online, and proceeded only to get my account hacked right after they gave me the chips! X( that was not cool at all. Never ever recommended to anyone.

THEY SHOULD BE LOCKED UP IN JAIL! THEY ARE SO SO SO DISHONEST! HACKERSSS SCAMMERSSS DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SITE!
