I chose not to believe the negative reviews I saw and got screwed. Upon visiting the site the chat box was open and I was able to talk to "clint" as soon as I purchased the chips the chat closed immediately... I then got a email with a receipt but no instructions from empire services, so I decided to call the company at the number *******048 and it just goes to voicemail. I also sent a few emails and no response. I contacted my bank and will get the money refunded, and also got a new card sent to me. I can only blame myself for being stupid enough to trust the company despite the reviews.
