Today the engagement ring that my boyfriend and I picked out after weeks of research finally arrived. Although my boyfriend is waiting until my birthday to give it to me, I couldn't resist sneaking a peek. It is stunning and took my breath away. I appreciate the great communication through email and chat support, and I am beyond thrilled with the final product. However, upon inspection, I am regretting not opting for platinum as the white gold seems too light for my liking. I am still excited to wear it every day but just wished the metal was heavier.

This is what my ring looks like less than a week after MoissaniteCo repaired and apparently inspected my ring. I had only had worn the ring for 2.5 weeks before one stone fell out and since my fiance had the ring for over a year (untouched), it was out of warranty and we had to pay over $100 to have it repaired and sent back before our engagement photos. And now the same stone they replaced and the one next to it are gone. Customer service has not be sympathetic to this issue and do not care if this keeps happening. The representative I chatted with on their site said I would be sent a shipping label to mail it back to them, but I have yet to receive anything or receive any follow up from the company. There was also no mention if I would have to pay for the repairs and the representative was eager to end our conversation. I cannot believe they don't even have a phone number to call!

Unless I get some sort of resolution in the near future I would advise anyone to not purchase from this company.

I recently celebrated my 30th anniversary with my husband and I was given the chance to pick out a new piece of jewelry. I was initially drawn to diamonds, but the prices were just too high for my liking. Instead, I decided to take a look at moissanite, as I already owned a pair of moissanite stud earrings that I adored. Although I was impressed by the selection on the moissanite website, I still felt like there could have been a larger variety of styles to choose from. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that there were limited options for larger ring sizes and the sizes that were available were not returnable for a refund. Despite these challenges, I ultimately decided on a 2.35 tcw ring and I am thrilled with my choice. The ring is more beautiful than I could have imagined and the price was much more reasonable compared to what I would have paid for a similar-sized diamond. Additionally, knowing about the issues surrounding blood diamonds made me feel even better about my decision to go with moissanite.

Upset that I had to just pay $90 CAD to have a diamond replaced in my halo of my engagement ring that fell out while I was walking. And that was AFTER they payed for the shipping to them. I was fine with a $25 service charge, but that was USD, plus I was on the hook for shipping. Just crossing my fingers that my ring looks good when it comes back and that it's before my wedding!

I paid more for a certificate to ensure a higher quiality stone, per the online agent's advice, and I did not receive the requested quality. Gross negligence.

This purchase ended with a let down. The price point was good but the product was disappointing. The intricate details shown on the website were not present in the ring I received. The setting is vaguely the same design as that pictured, the prongs are crooked, the band has a mishapen almost egg roundness instead of a perfect circle. Fortunately, the stone itself looks amazing. But overall, not going to be shopping here again.

Problem getting the order through due to international credit card supervision. Or whatever it is called... Anyways, they were astonished by the fact that a payment in € was attempted to made. Therefore my bank was instructed to close down my credit card and after calling me they opened the card again. I understand that this is not your fault but the banking security nowadays. Anyways, I placed my order and expecting my order to arrive. FYI, these international banking "rules" are actually harming your business.

Am a bit upset that we have to pay $95 to get the ring fixed when the stone was chipped. I feel that the C&C lifetime warranty should cover the chipping to the stone, and any repairs needed for a stone replacement.

It seems q bit peculiar that the item is sold as a whole, but when one portion breaks outside its expected lifespan, then the customer has to pay for the repairs for the rest of the product.

I tried to use the Valentines2019 coupon but it wouldn't let me - said I need to spend more than $1,000. Well, I did spend more than $1,000. Not a huge deal, more of an annoyance. I ended up using a different coupon, which saved me $14 less than I would have gotten otherwise
