I was A little apprehensive about buying a ring that I saw from just a picture but I am soooo glad I did. It is absolutely gorgeous. I have actually had people ask if they could see my ring. It is stunning!

Great ring but a side diamond was missing. We had already taken off the white tag before we noticed it which is totally our fault. I only wish that they inspected the order closer before it went out.

I have used Moissanite.com for multiple orders. Every transaction up to this point had been speedy and efficient. On this particular occasion, the courier delivered my package to the wrong address. I only know this because I got a notification saying my item had been delivered and signed for. Not by me or anyone in my household. Eventually the courier service did track down my item.

Website was fairly easy to navigate. Each ring usually featured many images and a 360 view which helped see overall ring size. This helped me figure out which rings to ask questions about. The support staff responded quickly to my emailed questions about various rings. Overall happy with my experience.

Love the options and prices - really happy about the ring I bought. The website could use an update into the most recent 10 years - the search and filter functions could especially use improvement.
