Thank you to your online Customer Service Reps. Who helped me with my customized ring process!

Overall I have had a positive experience shopping on Moissanite Co. My only complaint would be that not all of the rings are filtered out in the 'Advanced Search' section of the site. For example, I was looking for an oval stoned ring, but many other stone shapes appeared in the search.

Customer Service is great.
I decided that I wanted a custom design and they were very accommodating through the design process and keeping me up to date on the progression of my order.

The rings are beautiful. The only issue is that the engravings weren't done right. I talked to a CSR while going over the CAD and my last question was if they fully understood what I was talking about when it came to the engravings, the person said yes but they were done wrong.

Put the engraving aside the rings are beautiful. My wife loves it.

One of the gem stones fell out of the setting so I have to be honest, I'm not very pleased. In fact, I'm pretty upset as is my fiance.
