After being deceived by an advertisement that is also used in Asian countries, I experienced a highly complex business relationship with some of their representatives. This ultimately led to my decision to request a refund of the money that was available in my account at the time and to sever all ties with the company.
I submitted my request more than three months ago, but nothing has been resolved. Oh, I must correct myself—something did happen: I lost my money. And to this day, they continue to call me daily from a multitude of different phone numbers. Despite explicitly requesting to be contacted via email to schedule an appointment for the closure of my account, this has been ignored, leaving me with a persistent sense of harassment.
I made a second attempt to reiterate my request for account deletion through their so-called "support" platform on Modmount. Yet again, I received no response, except for repeated phone calls from a representative I no longer wish to deal with.

I made payment on 9th of January, they confirmed my payment and Uptill now they never activated my trade account, is this a scam platform? Help me please 🙏

The platform is very easy to understand. The pricing is actually really fair considering their incredible service that they provide. If you have any issues you will get almost an immediate reply, within 1 hour I had all the solutions and answers that I was looking for.

I have joined this modmount company due to some fake news that led me into their website. Been able to deposit last may 10,2024 and at the same day decided that i'll take my deposited money. And now their customersupport ( *******@modmountltd) says i cannot withdraw my cash deposit due to " By passed normal assignment procedure". I have screenshot of their request and responded accordingly. Easy to deposit but hard to take your money back. Not recommended thou

Don't fall for this scammers, they will pretend to be good individuals from the beginning just to take your money and run with it. I started with the initial deposits until they came up with lies and false promises about a good return of investment. I fell for it and for months my money was stuck with them, i recently started a chargeback process with a team of skilled investigators who has successfully returned my money. Unfortunately sometimes the spread could be quite huge for gold till the pending order was triggered. Stop loss wasn't tight also as it usually will close my trade few pips more than my set stop loss. But this can happen also with other brokers.
