Very happy with swimsuits I ordered. All were as pretty as pictured, they seem well made. Larger selection than anywhere. Prices were great. Even living in Sunshine state, it is hard to find stylish suits at an affordable price. Shipping was very fast. Part of my order I received in less than 2 weeks. The jewelry is cute & very affordable. My granddaughter loves it. Very happy with everything.

Horrible experience. I will never shop at Modlily again. I've been trying to return items for weeks now. My account states there are no items. Nothing shipped, nothing ordered. I've contacted customer service on numerous occasions and nothing. Now I'll be stuck with these items that do not fit. Waste of money, with no customer support. I'm extremely dissatisfied. Yet, they won't get back to me.
The clothes I ordered were of very poor quality fabrics and flimsy construction and wouldn't be wearable after washing. I tried to return the items only to be given an address in the UK, but the website says returns go to the USA and when questioned I didn't get a satisfactory answer to resolve the situation. I'm a frequent website shopper and have never had any issues with returning items until now. Their reviews show a good rating but these are easily faked and now I feel stupid but not too proud to warn others to stay away form this company! The only reason they got one star is because I couldn't leave it at zero.

That they are scamming you by offering returns that will be " lost in post" so no refund because of false addresses given.

This company used another company's name, Jane. I ordered one pair of shoes and got 6 pair. The quality is crap so I tried to find a way to return and it never gets you there. No packing slip in package either. When I contacted Jane they said it's not them and couldn't help. I think they also sell under the name of Modlily. Avoid this company.

I was trying to do a live chat as I had questions on my returns. The live chat only allowed can questions that came up so I could even ask a question I needed to ask. Then if you click on their questions that where predetermined they can canned answers. They was no live chat available. That is a bit frustrating and then I went online to get a phone number but no phone is available. What retail business doesn't have customer service support that you can call. I will not be placing another order. Amazon makes it so easy to shop online. I'm just going to continue shopping through them.
Difficult to find where to return product.

Swimsuit bottoms and tops. One top is flawed, sewed incorrectly but they refuse refund. Modlily never states- “No refund”, but this is what they mean.
I hesitated to order from this company, but I did love the pattern on their bathing suits, so I ordered the return process took forever I had to pay shipping both ways and to avoid another shipping charge. I asked for an exchange which they still took $20 off. The price of a $36 item for the exchange I will never order from them again.

During the order phase, a 35 discount offer popped up, but I could not apply the FOUR codes at payment stage, online chat said she would apply the discount AFTER payment - that NEVER happened. Goods arrived looking too dissimilar to the advertised pictures - the Rainbow Gradient dress looked flowing, like chiffon, very pretty, but what arrived was a horrid polyester almost straight line dress with very subdued colours. All their clothing seems to be the same awful polyester. Quite clearly they just steal photos from other sites and reproduce rubbish. Now when I want to return sub-standard goods, I have to pay to do so. Won't ever be even clicking on their site ever again.

Modlily takes pics from designer websites and cuts heads off models so as not to be found by searchbots...
The fabric they use is the cheapest of the cheap polyester fabric that has no shape or form and looks like it will light on fire just by blowing on it. The swim suit and dress I bought for 100USD each were badly sewn, shapeless and my ugly dog would not even wear such crap. Of course, I was never able to get a refund either...

Canadians must return items to New Jersey or England. There are no warehouses to return items in Canada. It cost me $26.65 to return items for a $72.25 refund. The package was mailed to me from my city but had to be returned to the USA. I will not buy again.
They are the worst absolute worst online company ever, the website is all over the place it takes weeks to arrive the quality of clothing is horrendous and you have to pay over £11.25 for every item from customs. Everytime,,, when you complain modlily ignores your complaints then they respond in broken English 10 days later very vaguely,,, almost every email has major spelling mistakes... Avoid them never use this site
So just making you aware that many.of these reviews are highly suspect as being fake company driven reviews. It's a known practice. My personal experience is as follows...slow snail paced service, billed me twice, unable to reach anyone alive at customer service and the size/quality substandard. They market their items all wrong. They market to full sized plus women and use stick thin models. Very deceitful. Beware
I placed and order on 9/23 i never received my order. After many emails back and forth and no update on the tracking # i disputed my charges. Today is 11/18 and it still hasn't arrived. Highly disappointed because i really wanted the bathing suit and i also researched the reviews
I ordered a bathing suit on 9/23 and still have not received it. I have emailed customer service to only get the same response. Tracking number is a joke, there have been no updates sincen9/26 and today is 10/20. I will never, ever order from them again! Buyers beware!
Many purchases, my wife loves their swimsuits. In May received swimsuit, did not fit to wife's liking, so exchanged for another size. Modlily sent us shipping label, I paid to return it and shipped the next day.
On June 29th realized we had not received yet, so used their online chat to determine where exchange item was. Employee Anusha finally found the info, apologized and said she had marked for expedited shipping. On July 16 we reached out again, and started the entire process over. Because I had grabbed screenshots of info from Anusha, I tried to attach to their chat, but wouldn't work. So I used the email option and sent info, received a Ticket number which I supplied to their agent, who pulled picture from email and actually posted on our chat box. She assured me it would get handled, they would email me the next day with tracking number and...crickets! So again today I use chat feature, but unable to attach picture of exchange...again. So I jump over to their email function, and it's not working today..."sorry, please try later".
I am left with no option but to contact my credit card company and file a fraudulent charge claim. My wife has accepted my plea to please NEVER purchase from Modlily again. I understand that issues and errors happen, but their ability to process these errors, even when sent the proof I received from THEM, is non-existent.

I bought my swimsuits and waited the month to get them, just to discover none of them fit. When I go to ask for an exchange they say no returns or exchanges. Even though I have an email stating free returns for 30 days. Either way I'm stuck with suits that don't fit and need to go buy more. Support local business that you can exchange no problem and talk to someone live.

I do not have an order confirmation, nor was there any order paperwork to so that I could return the dresses. Very pretty but too small for me. I have been waiting on my order for quite some time. I can not seem to get any sort of direct answer where my product is. The tracking number they keep providing gives zero answers. They just keep saying "wait a few more days" it's been a few days and the package has still not arrived.
I received my swim dress the top is too large and very much lower than the picture indicated. I wanted to return it but now I'm told that since it was on clearance it is non-refundable just letting everybody know ahead of time. If you don't like the fit if you want to return it you will not be able to if it was reduced in price or clearance.

Good to know ahead of time that if the item is on clearance or reduced you will own the product forever.... It is not refundable which of course you won't know until after you want to return it.

I ordered a bathing suit which did not fit me, I tried the bottoms on for a few seconds enough to realize it doesnt fit, then I immediately put it back in the bag and returned the suit. They marked it as good condition, which is not right, it was brand new never wore it. Also didnt get a full refund they kept shipping and handling charges, so they make money, whether you are satisfied with the item or not. Crooks! They lost my business.
Besides waiting several weeks for my clothing, the material was not the color I was expecting. It was also a bit transparent. I sent it back expecting a credit on the credit card minus the large cost of returning the items. I didn't plan to use this company again and was extremely unhappy to learn that the refund wasn't put back on my credit card but on company credit! Don't use this company!

I ordered 4/5 bathing suit tops (Tankini's), was not sure what size would fit. Went to send back the ones that did not fit and they were non returnable. I chatted with the CS and asked where on their website did it say "non returnable" as I was not seeing what they were sending me the pictures from. So you have to click on the product details to see the "non returnable" in writing. I feel that the non returnable should be right on the page you are purchasing the item from in bold red letters. This website is very misleading. Who is going to think to click on product details to see the non returnable notice, and it was in a light grey writing.
