Very happy with swimsuits I ordered. All were as pretty as pictured, they seem well made. Larger selection than anywhere. Prices were great. Even living in Sunshine state, it is hard to find stylish suits at an affordable price. Shipping was very fast. Part of my order I received in less than 2 weeks. The jewelry is cute & very affordable. My granddaughter loves it. Very happy with everything.

Besides waiting several weeks for my clothing, the material was not the color I was expecting. It was also a bit transparent. I sent it back expecting a credit on the credit card minus the large cost of returning the items. I didn't plan to use this company again and was extremely unhappy to learn that the refund wasn't put back on my credit card but on company credit! Don't use this company!

Your return policy is not true to its word. You say 30 day money back guarantee, but you credit it back to your companies account not to the clients visa company. I would never recommend you to anyone because I've been spending more Online chats and got nowhere. Repetitive answers. No resolution.

On 1/29 I placed an order, charge immediately placed on credit card. No confirmation of order;no info sent about order;contacted them through their chat on 2/19 and 2/20;first told order would be sent 2/22-2/29;received email on 2/20 stating I would be given a store credit; asked for a refund but was informed that store credit is only thing available.Contacted chat again on 2/20, told only store credit available.Told them I would not use it and wanted a refund.This is where it all stands.
One star only because you have to. Order placed on April 16th. Not shipping until May 12th. Almost a month for delivery. Totally unacceptable! All items ordered said "Quick Ship"

I placed my order on February 2nd. After 2 weeks I contact them on February 17th and told them to cancel my order. The told me it had shipped on February 5th. The only thing that had been done on February 5th was a shipping label. Now looking at the tracking info it shipped out the same day I cancelled my order. I would never recommend this company to anyone. This company is scammers!

Ordered clothes. Did not like. Returned clothes as dictated by their return policy. They refused return. In their communication, they said they evaluate returned based on "smell". They refused return based on "peculiar smell". Instead of a refund, they offered a credit. If the clothes had a "peculiar smell", why would they offer a credit? Our home is smoke and pet free. They have found a way to refuse refunds and force you to purchase again from them. This company is a total scam.

I ordered a sweater for my wife for Christmas on 11/27/22 and today is 12/22/22 and I have yet to receive my product. The product is still showing departing the airport for the Post Office as of 12/7/22 but has never arrived (supposed to deliver to me no later than 12/14/22). The only way to resolve issues is to contact the company through their online ticketing system and it takes 24 hours for them to respond. I have sent numerous messages and am told to just be patient and give it a few more days. I then requested a refund and was told that I would need to refuse the sweater and then once they received it back, they would issue a refund. How can I refuse a shipment that I will never receive? I would advise to stay away from this company as they have terrible customer service and utilize low budget carriers to transport their shipments. Horrible experience and I have never written a review like this before and have ordered hundreds of items online.

Item was sent with return address of Jane.com and no return instructions. I called Jane.com and they said a company from China was using their return address but wasn't them. It was from modlily. Item doesn't fit and not good quality. Getting the runaround from modlily trying to return/get refund
Haven't received package. Ordered 3 weeks ago and paid expedited shipping which stated I would receive in 10 days. Have tried their online chat twice and today (June 15th) received email stating order shipped and should arrive between June 3rd-June 7th. How is that possible? Online chat gave me a tracking # today which I checked tracking and label was just issued. DO NOT pay extra for shipping. It is non refundable and does not help.

Had to return some items that were too small (even though they should have fit based on size chart measurements). After initiating the return process, I asked them to send me the return address when I should have simply clicked a button to print the return label. When I contacted customer service and explained the mistake made, the "Customer Service" agent (I think the name was Rinna - something similar to that) said "I can't fis this for you" (spelling error intended & included). "Just return to the address". I further explained - I don't think you understand, I just want you to provide me with the return label, but it's no longer an option. The response was the same "Return to the address". No suggestions on how to fix the issue, not even an "I'm sorry". What garbage. This was my first and will be my last order with Modlily. In today's marketplace, a retailer should know that there is another, better option down the road if they can't fulfill a real level of customer service. I know this sounds complain-y, but it is the truth and I am only sharing to help you avoid potential issues with a retailer who doesn't seem to deserve it.
Ordered $72.00 outfit on 5/8 was to be delivered 5/21 not recd yet and left message on phone that no one answers. Guess I have lost my money...will never order again. I feel sure you do not post bad reviews.also gave them my order number - nothing works.

I do believe these are all the SAME OWNERS - BEWARE! I think what their trick is to satisfy the random customer with the proper item just so they don't go out fo business altogether. They figure they can screw a few people out of their money and deliver to others so they can look somewhat legitimate. THE CLOTHING itself isn't EVEN CLOSE to the PHOTOS! THE PHOTOS ARE GREAT- The CLOTHES HIGHLY MEDIOCRE. A weird thick polyester. They have constant POP-UPS all over the internet. I canceled my credit card after ordering from them. There are FAR better clothing companies right here in our own country. They DO NOT HAVE AN OFFICE HERE AT ALL. THAT IS A LIE.
Bought 2 bathing suits using the sizing guide. 1 fit perfectly, the other had a defect making it unwearable. The bralette inside the suit was way too small, the picture on the right compared to the correct size on the left. I asked for a refund and a shipping label because the mistake was not mine. They are offering me a 20% refund for a suit I do not want because I can't wear it. Also I had ordered the suits beginning of June for a trip and they were supposed to be shipped immediately. They arrived a week after I got home from vacation.

Toos ran tight in chest and arms for my normal size and was only offered 50 percent refund when I called same day I received them.
I ordered a swimsuit while out of state so I would have it for a trip when I returned. I get home over 30 days past the delivery date. I open the package and it wasn't my order. I write to them and basically get told to bad, your 30 days are up. My understanding is I have 30 days from the time MY order is received, which hasn't happened yet.! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office. I am also filing fraud charges with my bank. The first photo is what I ordered, the second is the ugly thing they sent! Not my order!
This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I have been trying to exchange a item for over 4 months now, Modlily received the item 3 months ago but still on May 7 I still do not have item and tracking they keep sending says it is in Jamaica NY. Believe me I would not recommend this company, they have no phone number so u can talk with anyone, all done with e mail or chat. The company misrepresented the item. Ordered 3 bathing suits. One, which was listed as "set" did not even have a bottom and my receipt indicated one. I have had to order a bottom and they are charging $10 for shipping. I tried on one and do not like. The second one was not even opened. Will not refund. You can't get anywhere with customer service.
Worst company ever placed an order on June 23rd received an email June 29th with "tracking info" said "tracking info hadn't updated sine July 3rd contact company they tell me the will contact shipper and ask them to rush the delivery lmfao at this point I still don't have my stuff and they are refusing to refund me MIND YOU I PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Super late getting my order and when it did arrive the quality of the product was horrible. Very thin material and not true to size.
I fell in love with the ad for the geometric swimsuit as I have shown to the far right of my pictures (click bait). I received very faded material that doesn't match the blackness of the bottoms. There is a distinct orange mark that didn't show on the original picture. Best yet, it wasn't even hemmed! I've got it marked and taped up and thought I should at least tell everyone about my rip off purchase before I get sewing!
