This company is not here to help you. It is very deceptive and "took" $158. From me without my authorization. I signed up for a free week. It took a day to receive the food menu, which states that it begins on the following Sunday, giving me a few days to read and collect the groceries needed. Yesterday (Thursday of that week) I received a notice that I had been charged $158. With no explanation. I have no idea what that is even for! I contacted Sandra and was told I exceeded the week and that there was no refund. This deception in Corona Virus times is so upsetting. I plan on spreading the word to whoever will listen to avoid this company at all costs!
This company will cancel your account and continue to charge you. STAY AWAY! Even after the company confirms that they have canceled the account you still will lose money because of them. Do NOT let them have your money. No services rendered. Out $316. Save yourself from this horrible company and never ever sign up.
Too bad I couldn't rate this negative 5.Do not sign up for this! They sent one email and that was it. Couldn't find the info the cancel. They provided a phone number, but wasn't ever answered, messages not returned. Charged me for $158 for nothing. So deceptive!
Answer: Impossible. Left messages and they never returned them. Only saw the email address days after I was charged again.
