This is a TERRIBLE app with HORRIBLE customer service. Needed a cell phone spy app to look at my son's texts but I didn't get all of them. I know this cause when I was able to see his cell, I saw other texts that he was getting didn't come up. Functionality sucks. SCAM! Lost my $ and am stuck with an app that doesn't work!

I recently bought this Mobile View Now phone spy app because I needed something that would allow me to keep an eye on my teenage boy. I read a couple of good reviews about this app, so I didn't hesitate to invest in it, which was really stupid of me! I was made to believe that this spy app was the answer to my problems, but it was clearly not!

After installing it on my son's phone, I expected to receive the reports soon. It took a while before I got the information taken from the target phone, and I was disappointed to see only 5 text messages, no call logs, and an error message for the GPS locator! I could see my son talking on the phone more than 10 times each day, so I couldn't believe that there was nothing on the call log! I was very upset also because my real intention for spying on my son's cell phone was to use its GPS feature. I wanted to know where my son spends most of his time, and with home. But this app's GPS was either not working or very inaccurate!

I called their customer support a couple of times to ask for a refund, but I could never get through! That was when I thought this app is a SCAM! If you want to invest in a phone spy app, you shouldn't even consider getting Mobile View Now!
