So far good, site is user friendly. I was skeptical at first, but everything worked out fine.
After paying $26.00 fee to "unlock" my 'phone within a few minutes, I was emailed 18hrs later and told that the original fee was only a charge to check for eligibility and the actual unlock fee would be an additional $46.00 USD. I declined and now my phone is l locked and basically unusable

Got a phone given to me from my stepdad so I could put a sim in it to use while on holiday as a Wi-Fi hotspot.
Initially paid £9.59 to unlock the phone which I thought was a reasonable price. There is NO mention anywhere of further charges.
Got an email to say the checks had been done and they wanted an extra £34.80 to "release the unlock". Their support agent is useless and more than likely a bot.
Won't be paying them anything else. After reading the reviews, the "responses" seem to indicate that most people owe the phone provider money, hence why they charge another amount, which I think is highly unlikely.

Payments need to be easier
There was a big promise that it would happen within 24 to 72 hours that has been that is failed to been met on top of that we started out being $26 so far it's been up to 115 hopefully there's no more charges that are hidden and hopefully my phone will be unlocked sometime soon I could have unlocked it just as fast by doing it myself
I'm still eating on my order nothing is happing iveeen at 95 percent for like 7 days pleas I need response I wona get my phone fixed
Horrible they take your money and then give you the same message and never unlock your phone never have a refund just took my money and ran biggest scam out there beware
