I couldn't have access to the target phone after subscribing to the package i chose this isn't quite cool i hope i get someone to help me with what i want

I have tried multiple apps and methods on getting my Wife's whereabouts and what she does on her phone, I was lucky to stumble on this website where a lady wrote a review about just how I could get into my Wife's phone without her knowing nor having physical access to it. I read about how she sent a message to XENITRAK and how she started seeing her husband hidden and deleted messages popping up on her own device, I had to take a leap of faith in taking the steps she took and I was surprise when this genius of a tech savvy asked me to provide few information on the device I wanted to get hidden and secret information from, I requested to see who my Wife is texting, chats with and calls, to my surprise I got additional benefits of recovering his deleted messages and I got to see how she has been cheating on me with different guys she claimed to have been her colleague at work. This was a bittersweet experience, but I was glad I got to see how evil she was and I had to move on with my life instead of staying with her cheating attitude.

They will take your money and nothing works then they will blame the customer and try to avoid giving back your money! I had it less than an hour and the customer service was crap! DO NOT USE THIS! There is supposedly a refund on the way since I contacted my lawyer! This is a scam

The website seemed to represent that the app is available for remote access but after purchasing a 12 Month plan, I found that the app was not compatible with our newer version of iPhone for remote access. We requested our money back in less than 30 hours of purchase but was told that we agreed to the terms in fine print. Would have appreciated more details on the website or at least charge us for the first month but refund the rest back as we can't use the app anyways.
I already switched to the Instagram company KIXENSPY because we discussed and I gave them the job. They completed and submitted my access link within a matter of 4 hours without any need for compatibility. I feel this was just a scheme this website plotted in the first place.

I have purchased the app and failed to have it run on android 12.0
They don't reply emails, there is no option to cancel subscription and refund, there is no customer support, there is no direct phone number to contact.
Apparently it is a fraud company and some spammers hiding underneath a fake website.
Stay away from that mobilespy.at website.

Payed for 3 month subscription. The app never worked. Crashed at start. The only way to contact them provided is email which is never responded.

I paid for and downloaded this program multiple times.
I turned off the security, google play notifications and a few other features on the target phone but the phone would connect for only a few minutes and then disconnect. It would only reconnect after I had the target phone again and turned on and off the permissions feature in the phone.
In the enclosed pictures of my computer screen, you can see the overview screen, phone calls and messages where everything is unreadable. You can also see in the upper right hand corner of the screen where it shows I am connected to the server but the phone is not connected. The phone was only connected for a few minutes while I had it in my possession and never when my daughter was at school.
Then when I requested help from customer service over 8 times in a week, I got zero responses.
Then when I requested a refund I also got zero responses.
Not happy at all with this company, their product or their non existent customer service.
I will use a different company.

It is very obvious there is a spy app on the target phone. They will not refund your money even after 1 day of use. Out $149.00

Subscribed to the monthly package. Worked for 3 days then they cancelled the subscription with no explanation. They never refunded. They have zero support. Unfortunately most new users will be scammed.

I bought it for 20$ but they charged me 40$
And they don't have support at all and never answer to emails
Gave me just a blank page says device not conneced even before i install the app which is doesn't exist at all
