Stay away from this bad company! They won't pay for return shipping costs unless you bought more than $1000 from them. And who would be stupid enough to order more if the first screen ordered is already bad?

Very bad experiences. When it comes to getting phone screen exchanged under warranty good luck, even if you have customers video showing screen is defective not working right they don't care. Just transfer you to different people and arguing about it stating I should have bought more expensive screen from them like screen I bought has no warranty. Outrageous.

. I've been in the repair business for over a decade and have never seen anything like this. I purchased two Mac screens. They said I have 1 year warranty. I used one of them and never touched the other since I didn't need it. When I requested a refund, they asked me to send the items back, which I did. However, they only gave me a very low credit store instead. I thought they would rectify the situation if I called, but they initially refused. After a couple of calls, they finally admitted their mistake, but then they sent the screen that were not the original screen I gave them. They sent me damaged screen with scratches. They played games with the return policy. This is making me feel like I was being taken advantage of. It was clear that they were more interested in making a quick buck than providing fair pricing for their services
I suggest trying another company to save yourself time and money by avoiding MobileSentrix.

Asks for all your personal information and requires a cell number just to get a quote. Unfortunately none of their systems work and I don't receive a SMS or e-mail OTP, so I can't even proceed with an order. I want to buy a battery. I want to give you money. Why is that so hard?

In order to make a purchase you have to open an account. To open an account you have to answer a TON of questions. After doing this and placing my first order for a replacement battery (shown in photo). I was given an estimated delivery time. After MobileSentrix blew past the estimated delivery date they sent me an email asking me to send them photocopies of personal information such as my drivers licence. At this point I asked them to cancel the order as they should have been up front about the information that they required to fulfill the order in the first place and they should start a new policy of under promising and over delivering. MobileSentrix is too difficult to deal with and leaves me and, judging by the reviews that I have seen, a lot of others feeling uncomfortable.

75% of the parts they send you are defective or incorrect. Save yourself and your team the headache of dealing with Mobilesentrix. They have horrible customer service and the quality has really gone downhill as well. When they send you a faulty part, they want you to repurchase the replacement. They never let you speak with a manager.

We placed an order overnight the order was not processed or shipped the manager at first refused to issue the refund said that she was the highest authority in the company. Their RMA service is a scam as we sent a box with defective merchandise and was not issued the credit

Mobilesentrix is legit. I have deal them before and they were on point. It seemed like this was the only accurate place that had this product for a good price.

Feb 2020 I ordered 2 replacement parts and BOTH WERE USED, WORN OUT, DIRTY GARBAGE. Shipping was $8.50 for a box of worthless parts.

The Galaxy S8 charging port was so bad it was in worse condition than the part I'm replacing. See pictures for how obviously worn, dirty and used it is. The battery was cut out of its plastic bag, pry marks on it, dents, dirt, connector bent, sticking out of the open box as shown in picture. They never replied from my 3 emails and 5 online chats. I halted my CC payment. I'm also filing a BBB complaint.
Their site may look professional with the widest selection. My advice, DON'T DO IT! STAY AWAY.

Been doing business with these pieces of $#*! for several years and everything was always fine, until I sent in some screens for recycling. With the screens I sent a return screen and an rma.

They processed the screen recycles, and then 2 months later after endless messages confirming they had everything and it was only taking time to process the rma and return...

They message me to send them email screenshots of them confirming they had the screens, I did. After which they will not return my emails and have completely ghosted me.

Over 40 dollars.

I did not like this business I bought a product and never got it and talked to customer service no result and now I bought same one and I got it but the thing is it was USED USED USED USED USED USED

Neve ever buy screen from this company. Poor quality, poor service, poor shipping. Everything poor. There dont care about customers
