I ordered 2 phone cases on 28th August and was told one of them was out of stock but had been reserved for me and would be sent when in stock. The item that was in stock arrived fairly quickly but I'm still waiting for the other. It is now in stock for the second time since I placed my order, I've had no message to say it's been sent and the company are ignoring my requests for information - I have messaged them 5 times now via their website, email address and Facebook page.
They don't provide a phone number and even if they did you'd have to ring them at some inconvenient time to get them within their business hours, since despite the. co.nz URL they're in the UK, not NZ. It's not worth the hassle. Avoid. Wish I wasn't almost $65 to the bad.
Do not trust this website, it says nz but it is uk based, they have taken $40 out of my account after I paid for my phone case which was $56. They use MICROSOFT1 as a billing account. Very sneaky!

I placed an order on the 29th of January for 5 items, 1 of which I knew would be in stock in 2 days their site said. That week, Tuesday evening (at about midnight!) I got an email from their customer support saying one item is out of stock and would be another week before it would be back in stock, so I replied changing the Item for something similar. At this point I realized every communication from them was about 12 hrs apart. So I got an email from them at 11:44pm 2nd Feb asking for more money for the item change, by the time I payed the extra amount for a different item, at 12:45am 3rd Feb, there was no more from them till 4th Feb 6am, (more than 24 hrs later) saying my order had been dispatched. They could have just sent the other items straight away while the out of stock item was being sorted out! I have since emailed them (10th Feb) asking where my order is, I have no tracking number. All they said was when it was dispatched and it could take up to 25 business days to arrive and thats with stock in the country. As I write this its 13th Feb and still no order, don't know when it will arrive. Plus they have NO phone number and email replies seem to be about 12 hrs apart. NOT good enough. Definitely do Not recommend dealing with this company!

One of the products was faulty and upon notifying Mobilefun, I was again contacted within an hour or two and offered a refund on said product. While there was no way for this company to foresee the fault, they took full ownership and didn't question me, delay me, or stuff me around.

I ordered 2 items from their website as they offered the best price. Halfway through their stated "7-15 working days" (standard mail service option) for delivery I contacted them to ascertain the whereabouts of the items. I was then advised that they were being sourced from the UK (and not from NZ or Australia) and were still in transit. Once the 15 working days were up and I still hadn't received the items I again inquired as to their whereabouts, only to be asked to supply my delivery address, which was exactly as it was on the original order. I've also made it clear to them that nowhere on the webpages advertising the items I purchased does it have a rider stating that the goods may be sourced outside of NZ and Australia. If I'd seen that on the website I wouldn't have purchased from them.
