DON'T USE THIS SITE IT'S A SCAM! Just tried to buy fifa coins, they have taken money, asked for 'verification' with passport info and signature which is totally dodgy and
I still don't have the coins! No reply to emails either. CON MEN!
Made the mistake of buy 700,000 FIFA coins and then checking the reviews online. Pleased I didn't check the reviews first or I'd never have used them, how wrong I would have been. Although the coins did not arrive within the stated time a simple e-mail to them quickly resolved the problem, they responded within 2 hours and the coins arrived promptly straight after. I was not asked for any sort of I.D. and would recommend to others.
Yestreday i bought 1m (PC) coins for fifa 15. After few hours they sent me massage that i need to deliver my photo holding my ID card. Well of course im not going to do that. They took my money but I didn't get my 1m coins. Horrible service... DON'T BUY THERE
I purchased The Sims 4 serial code for $53.08 today. I thought it would be faster to do this instead of waiting for the actual disc to arrive in the mail. The payment went through paypal and I recieved an email that said to verify by phone number because of some "fraud cases on my platform" which was ridiculous because I had just registered with MMOGA two minutes before. So I typed in my phone number but it said it doesn't match my whereabouts or something ridiculous. Then they send another email that said I can verify by sending in a copy of my ID and signature. This would be completely unnessecary and I would never send my id and signature to anyone I didn't know. Anyway, I ended up closing my paypal account after reading about other people being scammed by MMOGA and I also closed the bank account. Hopefully nothing happens and I doubt I will see my $53.08 ever again. I will report them to police and news.
WARNING - DO NOT USE. After I paid they suddenly requested telephone confirmation which did not work (I suspect this is a ruse for the next request) which is that they refuse to deliver unless you send them you signature, your photo and a photo of your details page in your passport. I immediately contacted the anti-fraud department of my bank who said that I was right to have alarm bells ring and put an immediate block on my credit card to prevent fraud.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They hacked me and stole over $2,000! I'm in a grueling process of trying to recover my money. They hacked into Paypal and Ebay and have purchased millions of coins for someone other than myself. Fortunately, they attempted to use my credit card and that was denied due to suspicions or they would have made off with another $2-3K! I'm in HELL right now and they are asking for more money because of one of the denied transactions.
Wish I came here before I purchased from these bastards would have saved me falling into the same trap to get Microsoft Office
I have read all the reviews and fully believe some people have had a bad experience but this is NOT a scam site. They clearly make mistakes but I used it (on my son's request) to buy some FIFA 15 coins and they delivered the 60,000 within 5 minutes. Only cost me a small amount of money so even if it was a scam I was not going to lose any sleep over it. However, clearly isn't and very happy with the service (my son is contemplating buying Van Persie as I sit and write this)! Will use again and, for me, is an excellent service. Thanks...
This website has caused me to lose £100, they said "you must verify the card holder is you" ok, why would you charge me the money then? I then decided i should just remove my card from paypal to make sure they don't use it, THEY REPLIED RIGHT AFTER THAT?! They're not worth the time, they ask you for your ID, pictures of yourself holding your ID and personal info eg. You're address, phone number, full name ect. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS SITE AT ALL!
Their only problem is that the live support is always offline and the verification thingy where u have to send them a photo of u and ur passport which is really bad and annoying which will not improve their business at all they could've been great but... :/
Like eveveryone else I ordered then they ask for ID when I read the comments I assumed it wouldn't happen to me but it's been 4 days and still I haven't received the code for Xbox live this is pathetic
I bought Borderlands the Presequel for $20 under retail. I got my Steam Keys within minutes of paying. Everything worked just fine.
MMOGA is a scam. I sent MMOGA ~115.00 AUD on 7/11/14 in order to purchase ******* FIFA 15 coins. They then requested photo ID which was annoying but I did so. After that they stopped replying to me and didn't sent me the FIFA coins. DO NOT BUY MMOGA.
This is an internet scamming business. I bought software and they "supposedly" provided product key. On use Microsoft activation says this key is previously used.
On speaking to Microsoft help desk they say in thier records this is pre activated and suggested i get in touch with Mmoga for a refund. Unfortunately Paypal who is used for this also does not do buyer protection on "intangible" goods.
So I have been well and truly scammed. Thanks Mmoga and Thanks Paypal
Attempted to buy the FIFA 15 Xbox one code today from MMOGA.co.uk
Once I had registered as a user and signed in. I purchased the code and the message read that my order would be dispatched to me in the next 5 - 10 minutes. After a few minutes I received an email requiring me to provide photo ID with myself on the picture along with signing a document that they sent me to prove I am who I say I am.
I do not feel comfortable sending this information so I wanted to cancel the order to buy the product elsewhere. Unfortunately no one is able to speak to me today and not responding to me at all (so I assume I would not have received my order today even if I did fill out their form and send my ID to them). Now unfortunately I cant afford to be spending another £42.64 on the game and I am unsure of when I will get the refund I have requested which is very disappointing.
By not informing me that I would need to provide this extra (unnecessary) information before I had paid makes me feel that this website isn't trustworthy and I wouldn't advise anyone to use it.
MMOGA.co.uk has left me feeling cheated!
Regards,
Michael
What a carry on! I ordered a £35 PSN code from MMOGA quite simply because ot was recomended by popular Youtubers such as WroetoShaw and KSIOlajidebt so I did so and i got told my code would arrive within 5-10 minutes... 30 minutes later NOTHING so i decided to get in touch with the live support who of course were offline and i eventually heard back 3 hours later where i got told by somebody i needed to take a photo of my passport and then i picture of ME HOLDING THE passport. I wasnt sure if i wanted to go ahead but i eventually did and 8 HOURS LATER they got back to me saying the picture was unclear... As you can imagine i was beyond pissed... Eventuallly however, 28 hours after i ordered i recieved my PSN code but the service was absolutely shocking despite getting there in the end. I would never recomend MMOGA to anyone looking for PSN codes ever. I wish i had looked at the other reviews before buying at MMOGA myself because i wouldnt have went ahead. WHAT A FARCE!
I soled one million and ninety thousounds coins to this site worth £45 and received no money on my PayPal account and its been 9 hours since i soled the coins they take money but do not like to give money this is a money making scamming business do not try this site ever!
What a scam artist! They make you pay then say they require further security form to be filled out with all your data so identity scam next. Windows 7 Pro Key in 5-10mins What a load of crap. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDULENT INTERNET SCAMMERS
AWFUL SCAM ARTISTS! Sent me a ridiculous "verification" form which I declined and asked for a refund then 64 hours later they replied saying "we have no money from you" clearly says on my bank statement MMOGA absolutely disgusting service and company! SO ANGRY STILL NO REFUND OR PRODUCT AVOID!
Ridicolous service.
They take the money and THEN ask for ID, passport, signature and so on.
Do they want to steal the identity?
They also don't deliver the item after documents are provided.
SCAMMERS.
Answer: I would NEVER send such personal data. When they asked me I refused and sent then a copy of my PayPal verification email, they immediately sent me a key # for the product I purchased. Unfortunately this key # would not work in my country, all requested for a refund were refused and thankfully I had used PayPal and they issued me a refund. Would not purchase from this site again.
