I am a mid-50's guy who never was very athletic. The last 10 years or so of my life I put on an extra 30 pounds. I decided to see what I could do to get back in shape. Unfortunately, running is out of the question because my knees need some work, so I chose to bike instead. I have been doing outside rides for a few months, but decided I needed a plan for the winter since I do not enjoy trying to ride in the cold and wind. The bike seems well made, but I have a few adjustments and fixes you might try.

First off all the reviews below are from 7/30. Now how come all the people planned to write a positive reviews on the same day. My experience has been exhaustive, taxing and bad. IT took several chats with the customer support before even the shipment came home. First they sent a resistance band after 2 weeks of me bickering with them about the item (spin cycle). Then they sent me a fake shipping number which showed as generated but not shipped and this went for another weeks. Finally the item shipped and arrived in a broken box weeks later. Finally after putting the cycle together it was a kids size not meant for adults. Now I cannot even send it back as it is useless to even think of working with these folks for returns. DO NOT WASTE TIME and MONEY

The good reviews are fake. Look closely at the language. It is subtle, but once you see it, you realize no one that learned English as a first language talks/writes like that.
More to the point, how are they going to sell a riding mower for $99 with no shipping charge from CHINA? Is this a non-profit?
Give me a break.
I have not given them my money, nor will I. My review is of their website, and of the other reviews. I hate to think someone will fall for a scam just because they desperately want to believe in an unbelievable deal.

I bought an excercise bike August 30 2020. Arrived in tore up box... very embarassing as it was a gift. Came with flywheel already assembled FROM FACTORY.
First the pedals came off with each use. When I emailed customer service SEVERAL times asking for repair or replacement. Per warranty. I was told they would send new pedals. Still have not received them after several more emails.
Shortly after within a few days of purchase the pre assembled fly wheel is making a loud scratching noise. Again tried contacting company per emails as their phone does not seem to be working.
Finally after several weeks email is returned and am told. The part they assembled. Just needs to be tightened. NOT!
I have requested repair or replacement but again no reply.
I would not recommend wasting your time or money here but I will be pursuing refund or repair.

Ordered the treadmill to be delivered in the USA. Received it with an Australian plug which is higher voltage too. Electrician advised against using a transformer as it's a fire hazard long term. Communicated this to Miusoul and finally got their approval to return it for a full refund. They're website said they'll cover the return shipping and they told me in an email that they would refund me the return shipping. It's been 2 months now and they won't even respond to emails. They received the treadmill and refunded the cost of it but haven't refunded me the return shipping after they said they would in writing. It was their mistake to begin with. I don't recommend their products or their service. Terrible service. I will not be ordering from them ever again.

Installation is also a pleasure, isn't it. Miusoul's spinning bike has a simple structure and can be installed in 20 minutes. I rode in excitement for 20 minutes and it felt great. I like it.
Let's talk about the smell, there is a little cast iron smell, you know, it smells like just, can't stop... hahahaha

I ordered the "Men's Fitness Home Equipment Barbell Dumbbell Combo Set" and it never came. I received a resistance band from them with a note stating they send that to make sure the bigger package can be delivered at my address and to expect the package soon. That was almost a month ago and still nothing. When I try to call the customer service number listed on their website it doesn't go through and says "User Busy". I then emailed them, since that is apparently the only way to contact their customer service, and have not heard back. Review sites online state that this company is trustworthy, but in my experience it is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I just received the bike yesterday, to my surprise, it just cost me around 200 dollars to buy this high quality bike. Very easy to install, I really like it

I purchased a treadmill in the United States. I received a treadmill with a UK cord. When I called and emailed the company no one would reply until I submitted at negative review on another site. I was told there is an adapter they sent separately and that was not stated on the site. The adapter is 83lbs. I have not been refunded still. I will not pay to send it back. I requested my money refunded through Zelle payment. Do Not give this foreign country your financial credentials. It's a scam.
