On October 25 I ordered 5 items, I paid for them and my order said in progress, suddenly 3-4 days later they send my a ticket that all of my items were out of stock, so I decided to cancel my order and get my money back, I asked for a cancelation of my order and they sent my that I will have a full refund of 33.69 $, until now 12 days have passed and I don't have seen any return in my bank account, so I tried to contact with them in order to ask the process of return, but I could not sent another ticket, furthermore after the cancelation of the order I saw that if the order would be delivered would have approximately 19 $ shipping costs, something that was not stated somewhere, finally I am not sure yet if I totally lost my money, but my experience from this site was very bad as I was waiting for 5 products that they were not available, and now I am waiting for a refund that I don't believe I will get, I think that buying from this site puts you in a big inconvenience.
