Huge waste of time. Not only are their surveys so much longer than they say they are, they don't credit you for them. I spent well over 45 mins on a survey in April of this year and the survey told me, "thank you, almost done" and when I finished I got a message saying I didn't qualify for the survey. I messaged them telling them my situation and they sent an automated message saying they will review my request and I never heard back from them. This happened more than once, but with less time spent on the survey. On top of that, I received well over 50 emails a day to do their surveys. I tried to cancel and they wanted me to write to them via post mail, so instead I just blocked them.

I've been a member since 2006 and have received credit for only 4 surveys. I've only stayed with them so I can cash out and leave. It doesn't look like it's going to happen in my lifetime. Lately every survey I've completed, I get told after the fact that their quota was full. So I don't get paid. Today I completed a survey which took about a half hour and the same thing happened. No credit! Save your time and energy and go elsewhere. I do not recommend this panel!
