I received the wrong seeds - not like I ordered a packet of carrots and got a packet of tomatoes, but I mean I ordered a packet of one kind of pumpkin, the packet said they were that, but it grew some other kind of squash not even remotely the same.
So I left a 1 star review stating that. Without a word, they deleted it. I had left another 1 star review for another issue. I checked and that one was deleted too (they still showed up on Judge.me for me to view).
A Google search showed that others have experienced the same. A quick search of the site shows that all 1 star reviews were removed.
That's unethical. Even more, they actively e-mail you asking for reviews like a week after you ordered, so there's lots of 5 star reviews that are like "oh I'm so excited to plant these"... if anything those should be removed.
They have been having a lot of growing pains. If this is how they are going to do things... then I doubt they are going to last long. Other seed companies don't remove 1 star reviews. Any company that removes all 1 star reviews is shady.
I ordered June 16th and received my order 6/24 so 8 days less the weekend would be 6 days. They had everything I ordered in stock, and what they sent was what I ordered. I was pleased to find this company. I am trying to find more and more heirloom seeds. I will certainly check what they offer this fall and next spring.
I am a new customer of Migardner so not sure of the seeds as yet.
However had to contact their customer service dept. regarding entremely long wait time for orders and recently on receiving adjustment on recently placed unfulfilled order that one day later went on sale. Both times I reached out to Migardner was a negative experience. I enjoy watching Luke's U-Tube channel but his company's customer service is very bad. Planted Ivan garlic in October from migardener along with organic seed from another company. Wrote 3 emails telling them the entire Ivan shows no sprouts in late March while the organics look beautiful. No response from migardener. Disappointed!

I've ordered multiple times. Large orders, small orders. All seeds germinated as expected. Best price for seeds, free shipping on most orders. They take a little longer to process orders, but they do it RIGHT!
This is the only place I will buy seeds. I learned so much from watching the YouTube channel. I struggled for years trying to figure out how to create my garden where I live in Texas. We have such a persnickety climate. I even attended local master gardeners classes. But watching MIGardener on YouTube helped me a ton, more than anything. All my seeds germinate from MIGardener and grow perfectly!
I have been ordering seeds from MIGardener for about 4-5 years now, as well as watching Luke's videos on YouTube. I appreciate all the knowledge he has and shares on that platform and have found his seeds to be of the very highest quality at the best prices. While some companies will skimp on the amount of seeds - I've paid $4-$5 for 10 seeds, with MIGardener, for just $2, I always find my packets full of good quality seeds. I've had just about 100% germination with his seeds and lots of healthy beautiful plants as a result, year after year. I don't even understand some of these negative reviews because in my opinion, there is no better seen company out there! The pictures below are just a SMALL example of some of the seeds I've purchased the last couple years. And the pots are lettuce seeds sowed last week - I do 3 seeds per pod and you'll notice I get 3 germinated seeds just about every time. I absolutely LOVE MIGardner.

Just placed my 3rd order and have never been disappointed. Great selection of hard to find seeds. Even the fall grab bag had many unexpected treasures. I didn't recieve a bunch of "what didn't sell" seeds, but many that I was really excited to get! Fast shipping as well. Great small business.
I've had nothing but good experiences and seeds from MIgardener. I've told my friends and family about them. My orders arrive in a timely fashion and I get updated emails on out of stock items, once they're back in supply. I highly recommend MIgardener.
I have placed several orders with MiGardener. Both times, I received numerous seed packets that were short on seeds. The most recent order - the mammoth melting snow pea is supposed to have an approximate 40 seed count - there were only 11 seeds in one pack and 20 in the other. The company shorted me by 50 - 75%!
The black beauty zucchini is an approximate seed count of 30 and there were only 18.

I don't recommend ordering from them, if you have a rigid planting schedule. Their website says 5-7 business days for standard shipping, but when I called on the 9th business day of no shipping confirmation, they said that they were 4 weeks behind on fulfilling the orders. I politely expressed that I would've liked a heads-up communication about the order delay, but they were non-apologetic about having 12,000+ orders. The business is clearly used to catering to gardeners that won't mind blindly waiting for seed orders to be fulfilled "whenever they get to it". I wanted to like this small business, but I will not order from them again. I asked to cancel the order, they said that they will refund me.
I placed an order on July 6th. The migardener site said orders shipped in 7-10 days. It's day 20 now and my order STILL says unfulfilled. I've emailed, but got told shipping takes 10-12 days. Wrong. That's not what was advertised. Now they have updated the time on the site, but day 20 now and still waiting for my order to even be processed. This order was for my fall garden. Pointless now. I should have stuck with my go-to baker creek. They never let me down. Live and learn, I guess.

Essentially what the title says. I ordered plants on May 8th that took until the 15th to "ship". Now since then they have not moved. USPS still says that they're waiting for the package.
Now I'm stuck in the awkward spot of, do I go and buy replacement plants or do I wait for these to show up? Their customer service only gives automated emails so that's useless to me.
I am completely disappointed with this website and seller and will never use them again. Empty beds sitting out waiting for their plants and I'm losing valuable time. Thanks a lot.
