This guy used to be more humble but his ego has gotten the best of him. The only thing he has going for him is a rare tomato called the giant crimson, everything else you can easily find elsewhere. And with people saving seeds, the supply and demand for that "rare seed" will soon fade. Hope you enjoyed your 15 minutes Luke because they are about to end!
I bought 4 bare root raspberry plants. I unpackaged and planted them the same day as I received them. After a month, only 1 plant showed signs of breaking dormancy.
I sent pics to customer service, and it took, another 3 weeks for a response. They ended up refunding me for just one of the 3 plants that were dead.
Will not purchase from them again.
Ok so the last straw for me on this site was that they deleted all the accounts and accrued points for a "service change" but somehow didn't loose the email addresses of all the accounts for marketing. I tried to remove my email address from the email list now twice only to have robo emails respond with additional meaningless marketing. The seeds are have poor germination the seed catalog has maybe many dozens of things listed that have never been in stock and most likely won't. Do not be fooled by the midwest politeness in his videos he is a dishonest businessman.
I have watched and followed MIGARDENER for 2 years. Luke can be funny but I find his advice very useful when planting and growing my garden and raised beds.
I have bought and used his seeds and fertilizer. All of which have been good quality. His methods of growing in raised beds had saved me time and pain with weeds.
I follow Luke not only for his enthusiasm for gardens but his love of getting his knowledge and how to advice out to the practical gardener.

Their customer service is terrible. Can't get a response, even after multiple ways of contact. I'm done and super disappointed. Luke, you really should step up your game. Love your videos, but you guys really need to learn how to make the customer as happy as you seem to be.
I've ordered hundreds of dollars of seeds from this company. My most recent order never arrived. When I emailed the company they told me to contact the post office there is nothing more they can do. Such a shame for a small company. Glad I used PayPal. I will no longer spend my money with this company as their customer service falls short. I would rather give my business to Baker Creek & Renee's Garden. They go above and beyond for their customers no matter the circumstances!
I ordered and paid 19,07eur for some mystery, watermelon and tomato seeds over a month ago(Ordered on 12th or 13th of June and the payment got through on the following Monday the 14th of June). I haven't received even the email for the order nor the order. I'd like to change my review if/when I'd be able to get my money back or the seeds, but so far I haven't found a way to contact you guys.

Today I tried to order some seeds and had an issue getting the order to process. I called and spoke to someone at MI Gardener, who was extremely helpful. After taking my number so not to inconvenience me by holding on, she got back to me quickly to let me know the order was being processed another way. It was all handled so calmly & professionally. I deal with hundreds of companies in a week and I had to say that this was truly the best customer service experience I ever had. I highly recommend this company and it's team of professionals. I'll be returning to order and will refer others gladly to them. Can't say that too often these days, so it was a joy to have this issue with MiGardener, because they know how to make things right!
