I don't know why i decided it was more important to save $15 ordering from Midwest Sports than to get my stuff from Tennis warehouse, well 4 weeks later Im paying the price. They do not offer the 6 month guarantee like Tennis warehouse. When I called them their customer service person told me to send the shoe back to them, thankfully i looked at their reviews and decided i better call again... and yes, this time i was told they do not honor the guarantee.

Cheats!
July 15, 2017

Sent me a wrong set of balls deliberately because they were out of stock without consulting and unapologetic when I called customer service! Now I have to take it to UPS store and ship it back for refund! Cheats!

I recently ordered two sets of Wilson Cushion Aire Classic Contour grips for my tennis racquets. They were delivered timely but I found when one was installed by my tennis pro that the raised contour of the grip was not the same/not as pronounced as my old grip. My tennis pro explained that Wilson around 18 months ago or so had changed the size of the contour but had gone back to the older, more pronounced contour a good 6 months ago or so. I was never told this by Midwest nor was it part of any description of the product on their site. It is disappointing that this information was not supplied in advance to avoid the inconvenience and frustration of having to return the item.

Great customer service from Midwest sports.
A racquet I needed for a vacation was erroneously sent to my home address rather than the resort that I requested it be sent to. When I discovered the error and notified them, the manager immediately strung up another racquet and overnighted it to the tennis camp so that I only missed one day with my new racquet. Yes, it was their error, but they fixed the mistake and I had my new racquet the next morning.

I had ordered an item, received the incorrect item, shipped back the incorrect item for EXCHANGE. Waited over a week and never received it. I finally called to ask the status of my item and the incompetent workers decided to just not send it, but instead cancel my overall order. I will never be ordering from midwest sports again.

Ordered Babolat tennis shoes. They were 10-20% cheaper than on other similar acclaimed sites. The shoes came in on time as promised. No issues at all!

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers. They shipped the sneakers and released the package to someone neither Midwest or I know. The person signed for the package. Midwest refused to reship the sneakers or issue me a credit while their carrier and they do an investigation.

I have made many purchases from them in the past without a problem so they have a history with me. They apparently don't care.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

After being disappointed with them through an Overstock order I had a chance to order through them directly and things went well and the racket was great. It's a great site.

I ordered a tennis racquet and I returned it next day because didn't like it, They gave me back only 74% of the price because it was used (I only opened the box and labels) and gave me a Code for use like a gift card
I decided to buy a Babolat and in the system accepted the gift card but in my credit card they took totally amount. They told me that is MAP and no discount for Babolat
I tried to use again Code (gift card) and system says has Zero Balance
Really this company only tries to take your money with any reason
I dont recommend this company

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes for my daughter that is a tennis player. I ordered them half a size bigger then her normal size and when I received them she put them on for about half hour, the shoes cut into both of her heels and were very small for the size they claimed to be. I shopped them back immediately asking if she can get even a bigger size, although these were supposed to be half size bigger then her normal size already. She liked the look of the shoes so I figured instead of requesting a refund for a product that clearly is cheaply made and not accurate in size, I still was willing to accept another pair as long as she would be able to use them. I received a response from a very rude lady at first that told me that because the shoes had being worked they were not qualified to be exchanged. Even after I explained that the shoes were worn for about half hour and that's how we figured out they run way too small, when I asked for a manager she said there wasn't one available to speak to and she hung up on me when I was still talking. A while later I get a call back from " the manager" whom tells me that if I ordered the shoes and used them they can't exchamge or refund them. Again I patiently explained the situation, and told him that their sizes are way to small and that's why we're having this issue to begin with. He tells me that they are not going to take an 80.00 loss on a pair of shoes, that he will ship them right back to me and I can do whatever I want with them. What am I supposed to do with a pair of shoes that won't fit my daughter? She saved up for those tennis shoes, they run over an entire size smaller then the accurate size, cut her heels, and scarred her foot and now they are not willin to atleast give her a size that she can use. This place has poor quality shoes, size are way to small and once you receive them they will say that they were used just for trying them on and won't exchange or refund the product. The person answering the phone will hang up on your face and the manager isn't willing to help at all. Worst online store I've ever shopped at. And most of my purchases are made online.

On Monday I was told this order would ship on Tuesday. No shipping confirmation email was received.

On Tuesday I was told that demo racquets had to be built, so it would ship Wednesday. No shipping confirmation email was received.

On Wednesday, I was told that they would be shipping that day. No shipping confirmation email was received.

Thursday still no shipping information, and when I called this time I am told "I have no idea why your order didn't ship"

Friday I am told "you're order is shipping today, it didn't ship because TWO racquets had to be built (not one like i had been told previously)" The order is now grossly behind schedule, and won't arrive until 3 days later due to their shipping choice (if they even ship it at all) and i am merely told that they cannot do anything about it (failing to indemnify a contractual party).

I understand that the demo program says occasional delays are possible, but when I have heard from three different employees the order would ship on different days, and each one of those days have passed with no update, I am less than enthused by future interactions. I had put in this order on a Sunday to give enough time to try to get the racquets out

I could have easily gone with another company for this demo order, and I plan to do just that much from here on out, and will never make a purchase through this company again. If this is the amount of respect a company has for their online customers (lying about shipment dates and pushing it off day after day) they don't need to be making online sales.

Also good luck getting a response from email contact, they apparently don't respond/check it
