I visited this site today because I love this store. A few years back my best friend gave me a bracelet that was very unique. It was sterling silver with a very different figure 8 type clasp. My girlfriend had 2 exactly the same and decided to let me have one. About 1 year later, I was at another friends house and somehow I lost the bracelet. Because my girlfriend had a bigger wrist than I, the bracelet was a little big for me. She wares a size 8 and my wrist is a size 7. I called her up crying and very upset that I had lost the bracelet because it had a great deal of sentimental background. She told me not to worry that she would see if she could get another one. I told her that I did not want a new one because I loved the one she gave me so much. After I went back and looked all over for the bracelet and never found it I began to reconsider getting another one. I called my girlfriend and told her that when I cam down to Virginia to spend time with her during the summer that I wanted to try and get another bracelet. She said why don't you save your money and get one around Christmas time. I told her that I really missed the bracelet and did not want to wait so long. Little did I know what was going on. That summer I went to visit her for a week. The first day I got there we went window shopping. I told her that I wanted to try and see if I could get another bracelet. My girlfriend kept trying to keep me from going to Micheal's. I started to think that she was angry with me for losing the bracelet that she gave me. When I pulled into there parking lot she got out and started across the street to another store, trying to get me to follow her. I told her you go ahead I want to go in Micheal's. I walked in the store and the shop owner said how can I help you. I said well you remember me and my friend had the same bracelets. Then to my surprise she said wait here its ready. I looked at her as my friend was coming in the store shaking her hands behind my back as if to say no no no. I asked the lady what do you mean the bracelets read? Then my girlfriend said well I hope your happy, you just spoiled my Christmas present. I started to cry saying are you kidding. She said no I am not. I hugged her and said to my best friend you just gave me my Christmas present. I told her that the bracelet meant nothing to me, just the thought that she loved me enough to get the bracelet without me knowing, was gift enough. I told her I would pay for the bracelet and that this bracelet had even more sentimental value to me than the last one did. She told me that she had them make this one in a size 7 so it could not roll off of my wrist. Because this bracelet was a custom design that she had them make there where only 2 of them and the one I lost. So if you want and item as unique as a best friend try them out. The store owner is very down to earth and will pretty much try and design what you ask for. I highly recommend them they have fine Jewelry. Happy shopping. Lorraine W.
